i drew a full scale drawing on the concrete too!

my bender has dies for 1.625 tube,1 5/8 tube.i was using pipe,which is almost 1.680 or 1.11/16th.
thats why i was fighting to get the pipe into the dies,if i had proper tube it would have been so much easier.
Both rails fit perfect without trimming,all they needed was flanges welded on the ends.
All in all it was a job well done,i was trying to get all those projects done before shoulder surgery.
