Is it good and safe to turn off this light without checking with mechanic? what if its really required some maintenance issues? shouldn't we go check with mechanic and ask him why this light came on?

Usually it's for an oil change but if you want the mechanic to check for any codes that is a good idea as well

@@willywonka58the light is triggered by mileage.....no mechanic needed.....it went off at oil change because the technician reset the light at oil change..... it is not a check engine light which requires a scan, which can be done at most chain parts stores or by your mechanic....

The dealership will have to fix that as it's tire pressure sensors and it's individual for each tire

Seems like it starts to "flash and gone" on startup when you are approaching the 5K miles, then stays on solid once you REACH the 5K mile oil change reminder.
