Start in Saudi Arabia, Rash, sweating, skin lesions, coughing, pneumonia, cysts, hyper sensitivity, water 1, air 1, water 2, air 2, cold resistance 1-2, heat resistance 1, drug resistance 1-2, genetic hardening 1-2, paralysis, coma, make sure all country’s are infected, necrosis, make sure you have a decent number of infected people around 6 mil, genetic reshuffle 1 if cure gets to high. ( personal note: I wasn’t able to quite get there with just this i found adding insomnia, paranoia, seizures, and insanity gave me the boost I needed to win)
