So will I... I had one of these aracini's on Sicily (in Italian the name aracini seems to refer to the orange like color)... The larger ones (tennis ball size) tend to be on the heavy side and a lot to handle but the "golfballs" make perfect snacks for a variety of occasions...
God... I came across google to find authentic Arancini recipe and found this. AMAZING! Best arancini tutorial on youtubeeeeeeeeee.... THANK YOU and yes.. you really noit only for cooking but for teaching and promoting too lol
I ate those when I was in Rome. I remember the risotto was with saffron and the stuffing was minced meat (in a tomato sauce?). I can surely place it on the list of top 10 meals of my life ;)
