I know. They are all great players, but I came here for Matt Ramsey! Watched the while thing. I can't get enough of his playing. I've searched the internet to find his gear and no luck yet. I think your right though, probably a big muff or something similar for the fuzz/distortion and some type of compressor (which could be built-in to the amp). He may use some type of octave pedal as well by I'm not sure. There are many, but the new Boss OC-5 pedal is probably the most popular right now. It's for bass or guitar, it has a selector switch on the back. Adding some sub-octave to your bass mix give a much fatter tone too. Hopefully I can find out his gear at some point. Maybe I'll message him on Instagram now. If I get an answer, I'll try to come back here and post it.
