No matter their choice, the final ep was a lose/lose situation for Loki and Sylvie. Because both of them were right. If they kill Kang and allow his variants loose billions of innocent people will die. But if they stay and take over the responsibility of maintaining a single timeline, it means they would have to be responsible for killing billions of innocent lives (like they themselves would have) in order to maintain one timeline. The only difference really is in the Kang dies scenario people are finally able to decide their own fate than have it written out for them. The more I think about it, the more I believe, rage and revenge aside, Sylvie was actually right (although Loki was also right in that they should have at least stopped for a minute to at least talk about it)
Completely agree! This guy was super-villain! He played both of them, he basically knew all their fears and weaknesses. I think he wanted himself to be killed, he was such a crazy genius who likes to win no matter how and no matter what
Their different choice has to do with how they were raised Sylvie raised herself, her own choices, what affects her. Of course she chose the option that created more options. Loki was raised in Asgard, big decisions were a way of life. He knew the affect of the wrong choice. I really hope these 2 get repaired, great romance there. But he loved her more than she loves him, that makes things tough
“Take your throne.” “No.” The “No.” said from Loki just make my heart broke.🥲🥲🥲 You guys need to be okay. Both Loki and Sylvie deserve to love and be loved🥺
That was visually stunning and beautifully edited!! I’ve watched episode 6 about 4 times now (as well as rewatching certain elements again and again) & while of course this is completely subjective, I truly don’t understand how other people are watching the exact same material as myself & yet don’t see what Sylvie does after they kiss as a rejection or betrayal of their relationship built up to that point in time. Bc the writers don’t ever have Loki say one word about personally stopping her from what she ultimately decides; he doesn’t say he won’t stand by her if she thinks about things for more than two seconds and wants to still kill the Kang variant; indeed, he never ever says he won’t stand by her side no matter what. All they have him do is attempt to get her to think beyond her retaliation towards the TVA & tell her in innumerable ways how much he cares for her. It’s pretty remarkable that he didn’t proclaim his love, bc he said everything one would say AFTER having done so. Sylvie sending Loki away appears to EITHER be a rejection of his desire to keep her safe or an indication that she still doubts his motivation, she simply can not trust another individual, even one she has romantic feelings towards, and thus having him remain might sway her from her singular purpose of wiping out the head of the organization that has been hunting her down since the age of nine. And while she may believe that it’s an easy little trip to rejoin Loki after the fact and try and resolve their issues, we (the audience) know that thru Sylvie’s actions, either time has changed; the multiverse has gone crazy (IDK really know what that means); or BC the multiverse has split up into so many branches, heading back to the “correct” timeline is a much more complicated process now. If I understood the ending correctly. And I’m under the impression that you not only wanted to know what ppl thought about your video, you ALSO wanted to get extensive thoughts regarding the ending of Loki itself (I kid. I’m very sorry I rambled.) But watching your video brought up all the emotions once again! The sign of a great artist!! 🥰🥰
Some people say she kissed to distract him and that she used his feelings for her but I don't believe that and I certainly did not see that on the show. As far as what I saw the kiss was genuine, you could see that Loki's words touched her, she became emotional cuz she was just tired of running and fighting to live all the time, the pain and loneliness and she wanted to put an end to all of it and he understood that and she knows he loves her and she loved him too, she was crying for God sake. she did not enjoy fighting with him, she did not like it that they were not seeing things the same way, it broke her to think he may have conned her ( it was so evident with her facial expressions when she asked "what was I even thinking trusting you?") because despite having trust issues she did trust him to a certain capacity that's why she asked him how can she know that he would not betray in the last moments in episode 5 , she wanted his confirmation that she wasn't making a mistake by trusting him. What she did after the kiss was simply to get him out of her way. She truely believed that Kang was lying about the multiversal doom, she believed she was doing the right thing and she knew that if Loki remained with her he would eventually talk her out of killing Kang and fulfilling her mission because he had that power over her, love does that to people, it is strength as much as it is weakness. And I think that change of expression on her face right after stabbing him when he tells her "see you soon" indicates that she realizes she may have made a mistake further emphasized by her going to sit on the floor, she seemed shocked as much as she seemed like all her energy left her body, I don't know if I'm overreaching here but that's what I felt.
1:43 Every time I see that scene I can't help but thinking about that tik tok saying Loki was a pick me girl for the way he was trying to stop Sylvie from killing Kang 😭
I put a paradox rust on this. It rocks. I will throw it out there when we work on this again. There was a reason she sent him back through the portal to the Tva in a previous Timeline. It's brilliant I saw infinite paradoxes. We can use the ones we just like. ❌⛲️❌♥️❌🌻❌🌞.

I'm just admiring Kang (He Who Remains) being a third wheel in the background😂
LMAO 🤤
Lol 🤣 He is such a shipper ❣️💕
Right lmao😂
He was the wingman haha.

The way they are fighting with daggers and love is a dagger.
Notice how Loki drops his dagger then uses his love as the weapon

Every Loki has to be a villain at least once. Sylvie hadn't reached that moment yet.
Beautiful couple in mcu, I love them so much

Sovereign is good. All the Time. Let Him work the problem. We could if we were smarter. He is way better at math and without our glitches.
Saturn. Then.
In real they are twin flames.
I am so sorry they broke their relationship in s2.
