I'm not yet a paralegal as I'm currently doing my certificate program, however I have experienced the scarcity mindset in most jobs I've had. When I worked in investments, there are people that hoard knowledge so they can keep their advantage. In education, there are those that keep info to themselves so they can appear better prepared than others. In event organization, I've seen people keep things back so they can always run in to "save the day,." All around, it is depressing, because there isn't such a small pool of success. One part of an event organization chain doesn't have to hold back info to keep their job - there are many people needing events coordinated. Teachers don't need to worry about holding info to keep their job; there is a teacher shortage!

Omg, I experienced this, but I was able to gain knowledge from school and reading.
