Awesome video. Living in Houston, we get frequent torrential storms and many street flooding as a result. Nice to see you guys test the Cybertruck in high waist deep water. Can’t wait to get the Cybertruck. As a general rule, if you can’t see the curb then turn around. Many many people have lost their lives driving into high water.

Huge tip from a somewhat experienced driver here, when going through a puddle, you wanna drive as slowly and as carefully as possible, that way things don't break, and water doesn't get in places that it's not meant to reach.
Huge tip is never ever drive in high water. It’s bad for every single vehicle. Making it across, is the same as surviving a massive dose of radiation - you will definitely have problems later. 😂😂😂
But its part of manufacturer's spec though. The mode says it all : "Wade Mode". Cybertruck has been built to traverse through deep water. It should be ok
claims are nearly always different to actual capabilities 😅, already after the test he is having electrical malfunctions. One thing about water, is that often water gets in places you do not want it too , and sometimes that water takes days or even weeks to seep into other areas which cause many problems later. I might add , drivingfast through water is more or less like high pressurehosing everynook and cranny exposed to water and splash , and that can be a disaster.@@rova3308
Looks like at 6:50 it popped a warning saying lowering suspension due to current speed. I assume the wade mode isn't meant for over 25 mph considering he went nearly 30 mph it probably lowered the suspension in the water which maybe caused it getting more damage that was seen later (maybe deactivated the wade mode?).
The rust that everyone is talking about is caused by iron particles that are all over due to brake disk wear from all the vehicles on the road along with iron particles kicked out by train wheels. You don't notice it on painted vehicles, and it is easily removed using various cleaners. It's just particulate iron sitting on the surface of the SS body panels, it is NOT the actual SS that is rusting. Tesla Bear FUD that makes for great negative/clickbait articles/youtube vids about Cybertruck.
@@_Mutineer No, no its not........ But let me guess you're heavily invested in the $TSLA pump but forgot to dump (Bagholding). No the rust is caused by shit metal plating, not to mention all the water draining into the subframe from all the @*#& seals around the frunk.
