could i then Export the newly made limited arsenal to another mission or do i have to make it IN the mission file im building

Once you've saved it to the clipboard as a text file, you can then import it into any arsenal in any mission, but you would need to make sure you have the mods loaded with all the assets used initially

I've just got Arma 3 so apart from the bootcamp what is the best way forward to learn this game?
I checked your map reading video and want more tutorials to learn more about all aspects of the game.

Go through the single player campaigns to get a handle on the game, then download a few of the essential mods (ACE3 , Enhanced Movement, etc) to get a grip on the keybinds you'll need, then try joining up with a semi mil or funsim community group to try some multiplayer once you're a little more confident.

A friend wants me to join his game and sent me a mod list. He just needs to tell me how I join him and what I do when I get there, regarding weapons and kit etc. Been learning map reading, triangulation, and helicopter flying right now. hmm, I only use it in multiplayer, haven't done any single player for about 10 years. so that's strange.
