When someone cuts in front of you and stops, that called a swoop and squat. My cousin is an investigator for Esurance and her job is literally to track these people and have them arrested. So if that happened to you they way you described, you could request an investigation into it. If your company is halfway decent, they should have done that, but some won't unless you ask. Before they raise your rates, they have to offer you a chance to prove the accident wasn't your fault. You do that by requesting they investigate it.
They did investigate it, but there were not witnesses (other than her husband who wasn't even there, ran to the scene after the accident and then claimed it wasn't her fault anyway *eyeroll*) so they ultimately determined it was my fault. Oh well.

You can sue them on behalf of your insurance company and oddly enough they will usually provide you with counsel, but it is expensive. Especially if you lose. I was in a similar situation and it took 2 years. But this lady had been in an accident or was a passenger in an accident 17 times before and she was 32. So she was turned over to FDLE and I think the NAIA who went after her. She got prison time. 18 months and 3 years probation with her license permanently revoked in Florida, Ohio and Tennessee. She vowed to kill me but it's been 3 years and she hasn't shown up yet. Maybe she's walking.

i have had the fixed for over 5 years now, i can say without a doubt biggest waste of money, A) you have to pay a monthly fee with in the app for any decent info on what might be wrong with your car, B) if misses so many super obvious issues, its almost as if the thing does work, if you drive a European car don't even think about it, it is practically a paper weight. I'm actually really happy that I got a chance to say this because I couldn't find any other place I could give you this thing.

Works fine in like, a big city, but if they take your car somewhere out of range of other iPhones you're shit outa luck

My family has a total of like 13 vehicles and our newest car has no spare wheel and we just get a portable tire inflator,a sealant and some other stuff and we use that tire inflator on literally every car we have LOL

Here in South Africa we just tell one of the gas station employees which tire is flat and how many bars it needs (tire pressure) and off you go. We don't pay for that😂😂
My grandparents came by to drop off lunch and for my birthday they got me a windshield cover and a first aid kit for my car. After they left I ran down to the store and got myself a small bag and a tire repair kit and I'm planning on getting a few more things for the bag to keep in my trunk.

Back when I was a broke college kid in my early 20s I actually used one of those pump by hand bike compressors because I found one at a goodwill for like $2 and thought, "This could be useful!". You know, the old tall ones you stand on and pump by hand. I used it for a flat one time and I think I must have burned my entire day's calories filling that tire up with it, but it did work, painfully.

The first thing I did when I got my car two years ago I got a cheap little dashcam now I got a dash camera that puts out 1080p both front and rear has Wi-Fi now I'm looking for one that has cloud base feature so I can watch the clips wherever I am plus live viewing. Also some dash cams need to be hardwired into the fuse box or get a battery pack when the car is not running so it doesn't drain your battery when the car is off basically the dash cam and battery might be $500
The thing with the fire extinguisher bomb is what if u miss ur car or it bounces off ur car then explodes then the fire is not out… thats why the conventional extinguisher is better cus its fool proof and all u do is put the white stuff on the red stuff 🤷♂️

Not trying to hate!! But... do not get a survivor kit! 95% of the time, they don't have what you really need or really want! And they're over priced! Your best bet is to get a small waterproof bag and just make your own survivor ķit! I say this because you may be diabetic!? You may need insulin, or some other medical need. Start off by addressing any medical need that you have and supply yourself for up to 3 days of any medication you may need. And then go from there.. id suggest getting an emergency blanket. I also store wool socks, a hunting hat/ face mask that covers my whole head, ears and most of my face. Also gloves. To keep or warm somebody up. I always have at least 2 gallons of water in my trunk at all times.. this is essential.. a small bag with granola bars, and the small cups of peanut butter store really well and last a long time. Just in case your stranded! Staying warm and hydrated are#1 priorities.. then I made a first aid kit. Yes made!! I've bought several and hated them all! You need to prepare for an emergency! Having 101 band aids and some neosporine will not help anyone!! You should have at least one epi-pen in case you run into someone having a severe allergic reaction! I carry 2. You should also have something that you can make a tourniquet with! If someone is bleeding out?? They have only minutes! Usually less than 5.. and a tourniquet may slow things down until an ambulance can help them! I also have large pads and tampons to help someone if they are bleeding severely. Also carry sweet candy's, like smarties.. someone may have way low blood sugar.. these are easy to eat and dissolve quickly. I also carry a razor knife, to cut a seat belt if someone's trapped... and small tubes. Just in case someone has something lodged in their throat and can't breath. Any air to help them breath is better than nothing ! I've added a few things here and there, but I try to prepare for the worst case scenario, and prepare for being far from a hospital when I make a bag.. just because you NEVER KNOW what can happen,, or what you can run into. Hope this helps anybody.

I have a compact compressor that was about 70$ on amazon and it works great! I use it to air up / air down my Lexus regularly!
