Can u believe she had just turned 16 like 10 days before she shot this? Both Howard Stern performances are sick, her cover of You Don’t Get Me High Anymore probably better than the original, and her live James Bond Brit awards premiere is pretty breathtaking.
Hello from a fellow metal head. I'm a Grindcore/Death metal freak who is obsessed with Miss Eilish. Her cover of "The End of the World" is one of the best covers ever
Brian Mason Thanks Brian! I’ll definitely add that to my list. I’m thrash and groove metal guy myself. Testament, Pantera, Exodus, Slayer, Anthrax. Plus a ton of classic rock/metal 🤘🏼
@@MetalGuyReacts Nothing wrong with those bands you listed for sure. I grew up in the 80's, so trash was my go-to for a long time. I play in 4 bands these days. All metal. I'll never grow up. Ha
Im the same! Total long time metal head who is now obsessed with Billie and Finneas. I swear they could sing anything and it would be amazing. I especially love her cover of 'End of the world' and 'You dont get me high anymore' im so glad the world has these two musical geniuses who are not only talented but beautiful, humble & kind human beings.
I think your reactions and comments are among the best. Thanks! There's always strong interest in Billie Eilish reaction videos, so I'd go through both the acoustic and video versions, as well as live performances. Can't go wrong...
Thanks for your prompt reply Jeff and you're concise explanation of your point. As I said, I really enjoy your reactions and look forward to see more, thanks, JJ
another great live performance is No Time to Die at the Brit Awards. She was asked to do the next Bond song and that was it. It's a fantastic song she and her brother wrote in three days and she performed live for the first time at the Brit Awards. It's a perfect song for James Bond XD
You should do copy cat next! There’s a Howard Stern live she did for when the party’s over which is breathtaking as well as no time to die (for the new James Bond movie) performance and also all the good girls go to hell! She’s amazing live!
Jessica Tracy Thanks Jessica! I’ll add them to my list. This live performance was so good! She seems like one of those artists that many of her live performances may be better than even the track on the album!
Metal Guy Reacts yes I totally agree! There’s something about her live performances that really pull me in. I love your reactions! Keep up the amazing work!!
"Happier Than Ever," the song, starts out with what you call the lounge singer vibe, but then morphs into a blown out rock song. She is nothing if not unpredictable.
I love her live music so much more. She really lets it all out when she performs. You definitely need to check out her live performance on Howard Stern of All The Good Girls Go To Hell. And since you like this performance you need to watch Bellyache and then watch the live version of it from the same recording as Bad. It's soooooo good. Love your reactions. Keep up the amazing work.
I recommend you watch : - her idontwannabeyouanymore and Copycat genius interviews. They really show off her vocal abilities in a raw stripped down way as well as giving a glimpse of her personality. - her live performance of No Time to Die at the Brit Awards - the hostage music video which, in my opinion, is really underrated and one of my personal favourites
She just turned 18 in December. When you have a couple minutes to yourself, watch this again but play it back at 1.5 speed. Crazy. Please react to her live from the Brit Awards version of her James Bond 007 theme song called No Time To Die.
Hi Jeff, JJ here I wanted to recommend yet again you don't get me high anymore a cover by Billie eilish on BBC One. It is not about drugs, it is purely metaphorical. I am sure you will like it this is a great live performance
Please react to Bury a friend and All the good girls go to hell!!! Those are more upbeat and my personal favs! And watch them in that order too! Bury a friend is about sleep paralysis and All the good girls go to hell is about climate change!
Billie! She recorded her album with her brother in their small bedroom in LA. Homeschooled, vegan, loves animals, and the environment! (All the good girls go to hell!) I'm twlling you react to everything! Bury a feiend and copycat live at osheaga sessions!!!! Waiting! Love your reactions!
I enjoy your reaction to Billie eilish but I am sorry I feel you are missing the boat regarding her live versus Studio recordings. Her Studio recordings have so little processing there is very little difference between the two. Other than a little Reverb there isn't much more, thanks JJ
Hey John! Thank you for your comment! When I mention live vs studio... a big piece of what I'm thinking about, and I don't mention it in this video, is the emotional timing and feel of live performances. I see what appears to be a guitar or bass in the background of your profile picture. If you are a musician you will get the idea of "the pocket". I love when live performances bring to life something new or engaging in a tune. That's more of what I'm looking for and something I love to hear! Almost every artist on earth does more than just reverb to their vocals. I can only think of a handful that haven't. Layering, harmonies, mixing, mastering, and so much more goes into creating an albums vocal tracks. Most songs are not recorded in one take, so even splicing out the best takes of each line is what I would consider part of the recording process. In a live performance obviously that isn't an option. This is another big factor that changes the overall feel of recorded vs live. Live they absolutely use some of these techniques or equipment but the vibe is very different when you have only one take. I love hearing people voices stripped down as far as we can get it. And her live performances I've reacted to have been amazing! She's got some serious pipes! Thanks again and I hope this better describes what I think, even if in the video I only addressed one side :)

Yes thats her brother! He’s a genius!!
He is incredibly talented as well. Their harmonies are unreal
John Jewer I totally agree! Their harmonies are out of this world ❤️
Let's get the request going 4 BBC you don't get me high anymore cover
Just a note: Billie was 15 when this was done. Great reaction. Keep it rollin'.
That's so crazy! So much talent so young!

PLEASE react to Billie live at the Brits. She said it was the 1st time she was REALLY proud of herself.....which is insane. 💚💚💚
look at "end of the world" bbc1 live session
It's been said but her covers of The End of the World and You Don't Get Me High Anymore are so, so, so good.
Just a suggestion her n her brother do a live cover of the end of the world it’s amazing just sayin a Billie fan here lol😎

The live performance of No Time To Die (her James Bond theme song) at The Brits is really worth aligning an eardrum.
BTW I am 64 years old and I am an avid fan of Billie. She is wonderful and immensely talented.

"Copycat" is my new favorite, especially the Osheaga version where she crowd surfs at the end.
"Happier Than Ever," the song, starts out with what you call the lounge singer vibe, but then morphs into a blown out rock song. She is nothing if not unpredictable.
Her brother Finneas also has some great solo music. "Let's fall in love for the night" is my favorite song of his.
Awesome Video! Bad is one of my favorites from Michael Jackson, and I always enjoy seeing what Billie Eilish can do! Keep it up!
Thanks so much!! I've got a few more of her live tunes to react to :) So stoked!
You should watch her cover of “You don’t get me high anymore” by PHANTOGRAM
I think she was 15 or 16 when this was recorded! Thanks for the Billie and Finneas reactions!
That is indeed her brother. And she was only 15 or 16 there. This was EARLY on in Billie's rise.
I love her live music so much more. She really lets it all out when she performs. You definitely need to check out her live performance on Howard Stern of All The Good Girls Go To Hell. She was 15 when this was recorded, she’s now 18 turning 19 on december 18th!
Great stuff glad you liked it, another live suggestion I’d recommend is her cover of “end of the world”

Also Jeff, I believe also BBC One a cover of the end of the world another gem
People keep saying that The End of the World is her best cover, but I think this one tops it. It is a fucking masterpiece
In that video she was 16, but now she’s 18
React to her singing the end of the world
Since you like her live performances you have to hear BBC One you don't get me high anymore, a cover that she makes her own
she just turned 18. this video is probably around 15 or 16
Please react to Bury a friend and All the good girls go to hell!!! Those are more upbeat and my personal favs! And watch them in that order too! Bury a friend is about sleep paralysis and All the good girls go to hell is about climate change!
That’s her brother
Bless you 2x
Good reaction. I suggest you check out the mahogany sessions.
In this video she was 16, she’s 18 right now :)
Great video! You should react to Billie and Finneas, "wish you were gay" live on the mtv youtube channel.
You should do a react to Finneas's music also yes that's him.
Yes that's her brother his name is finneas
React more to Billie Eilish & Ariana Grande please 💞
