I like the blue and the pink the best! I know what you're saying about encapsulating with clear gel. Clear gel is like a liquid magnifying glass! I love a good glitter encapsulated in clear gel - there's no prettier nail in my opinion! 💖💖💖
Hey there, I really enjoy watching you do anything. Your talent goes above and beyond. Your skills are out of this world.. Thank you for teaching us for free .
I always enjoy your videos! Super informative, cute sets, & I absolutely adore your voice Thank you for showing me this kit I’m definitely going to purchase it
I love super thick gel products! I’ve been looking for a very thick, high viscosity clear soak off builder gel but I haven’t been able to find one that ships to the US 😪 I know a Korean brand DGel makes one but it’s difficult to get if you don’t live in Korea I also like very thin runny gels as well because I think they all have a different use and purpose
I can’t find a thick gel in the UK that is available to the general non-licensed user. Every gel I get that claims to be “thick” is runny AF in reality lol.
@@Nails_By_Kimberlee the ones I’m seeing some are worth over £50 (plus £20 shipping for a few) for 15g. No way can afford something at that price point for such a small tub.
I have two sets of Saviland get kits, both glow in the dark. Very thick, small jars, little bit goes a long way, a little hard to work with cold/room temp, but I mix a little clear gel with application and smooth/level it out first (cure). If I need a "spot" more here and there, I grab a bit more and brush/paint it on then encapsulate if necessary (cure), file/smooth it out, top coat it and done. The glow in the dark doesn't always show...you have to expose your nails to uv/sun a bit longer and it will glow by itself. You do have to cure longer if you use too much glitter clumped together. Easier to add clear gel or a top coat to the application to thin/spread it out. Lasts long time.👍❣💐
New subscriber here!! I must say, I’ve been seeing your videos pop up in my suggested videos and I found myself watching out of curiosity and being intrigued by thumbnails/titles.. so I finally figured WELL I should just subscribe!! 😅 I’m a professional Aesthetician and I am enjoying your content! 🙂 thank you!!
Also coming back to say I just heard your message at the very end of the video and I’m glad I subscribed! Beautiful end result! LOVE the glow in the dark effect.. 💜💜
I bought a set of Saviland glitter gels. They're so thick and hard to work with and they don't cure properly. It's impossible to get an even nail with it because it's so thick and you can't file it to make it smooth because it chips off the glitter and scratches the color off of it and it comes off in chunks because it doesn't cure properly. It's a cheap product that I don't recommend working with. I also bought their color gel set and it's ridiculously thick and there is no pigment. They're so transparent despite the viscosity and they were marketed as being solid color. Not transparent.
Yes genuinely curious was it this set of glitter? What wattage is your lamp too? I have theory poly needs LED only.. uv does nothing, maybe spreads the light too far apart for a good cure. For gauging manageability What is your experience level with gel? Professional? hobbyist? Novice? Other? Thick/hard gel in theory should be easier than both acrylic and soft gels. Should!
I'm dying to try hard gel and builder gel to help me build my extensions on my natural nails I have only ever used polygel before I do have a a pot of professional gel and it's a gorgeous pink so I think that I should watch your gel application videos for beginners
I love all of these colors they're so pretty!! 😍 I have a question but it may sound dumb. When you're using products like hard gel or something like the product in this video, do you also use slip solution as if you were to be using polygel? Or is maneuvering hard gel just with the brush enough?
This is a good question! No, I don't use any additional liquid with hard gel as any gel will perfectly work with.. more gel :) All you need to do is to take a little clear gel on the brush . Since this gel is clear - based I didn't have to use another gel. And pick up the bead. The brush should NOT be dry - it should be always covered with a little gel. You don't need slip solution as hard gel work differently - gel will "follow" the brush when you apply the product
I live blue nails. Reminds me of space. I thought it was funny they named the one that looked green “Lemon.” I have their clear builder gel and I haven’t opened it yet because, frankly, I’m scared I’ll mess something up
I have a question. I'm a begginner in this manicure and my nails get really weak when I remove the product. It's like if my nails were of paper. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? I tried polygel only, i haven't tried hard gel or acrylic yet.
I have been doing my manicure with builder gel in a bottle on top of my natural nail. Do you recommend trying a pot of hard gel to extend the length? Is the consistency thicker of standard clear gel compared to hard gel in a bottle?
I’m obviously not as educated as she is, but I have found the builder gel‘s in a jar are thicker. Mia secret makes a good one and so does IBD. I moved on to acrylics but I personally like the jarred stuff better.😊
I've never had a good saviland product. The boxes the products come in are nice but I've only ever got trash products so I would never buy another product. That's just my experience.
Oooh pretty! Glitter and mylar in hard gel is the best, isn't it? It's so clear and sparkles like jewels! You encouraged me to try hard gels on myself. Thank you! I would like to see you review kokoist's gem gel sometime... Chrushed opals in hard gel... Super gorgeous.
I love how you are a professional nail tech and you use affordable products. I love how you're not a label snob. You do beautiful sets.
Lately I've become enamored by hard gel. It's amazing and so great to work with.
I totally agree!
I'm a glitter addict! This set was a hit!
I can't choose because they're all super pretty! I love them! Saviland is a good brand. I love working with their products. Thank you for sharing.
I really like the color on the thumb and the blue one too, but having said that all of the colors work well and looks beautiful together! Love it 😍

Young Nails has a clear gel in Build Clear that's pretty thick in my opinion. And it's available to non-professionals.

Beautiful 😍 😘 I think the blue is my fav but the green is close second
I believe i like the green one, on the ring finger! But they all look sooooo pretty!! Thank you for this video 😉😉
You’re welcome 😊

@@Nailcou I see!! Thank you so much :) I have been thinking about experimenting with gel but was hesitant. I'll keep thinking about it!
Lovely, have you tried LPN by Lissette's nails. She's on TH-cam also and has her own hard gel line.
What hard gel did you use to encapsulate the glitter? I always use saviland's hard builder gel
This is great
So cute! Xx 💅 💖 💫 😻
Nice 👍
My fave is thumb colour
Pink of course

When removing product - try not to take it all off, always leave a thin coat of product. That way you won't over file or damage your nails
would these brands be safe to use on clients?

Hey Anastasia. Which drill bit did you use to remove your gel polish?
Hi! this is volcano Kiara sky 5 -in -1 bit
I have some of these and they are actually soak off glitter gel polish so can we really build a nail out of it? Gel polish?
Usually thick gels have like solids colours, I believe you said accidentally: thick gel have, its at 1:00. Thanks for the video 😊
Oh thank you!
ouu looks so sparkely ✨💕
have you ever tryed an edge nail (i mean the shape?) cause i've never seen you doing it in one of your videos 😅
Yes, it used to be popular few years ago, now - not too much :)
But I kinda miss it

This is how gels were when I started in 2001.
Oooh pretty!
