A very good and proper explanation on how to use it. Just one question, should we always keep it powered on and in 'ON' mode? Won't it heat up?
for MI router, You can just use the power bank with USB to barrel connector cable.
it will work great. This router is capable of 2000Mah, while with most common power-banks are 10000Mah , so it's cheaper and better.

@Balu - my ACT fibrenet cable is coming directly from a internet box. When there is electricity disconnection, Internet WAN is getting switched off.
What should I do?

Hi Bulu, I bought this yesterday. should we always keep the UPS plugged for charging 24*7? Or, should we charge it for couple of hours only everyday? The UPS should be kept on all the time I believe so whenever the power goes, it can provide the back up?
Hi buddy just keep it connected, it will use direct current to the router when power is normal, when power fails it will use the battery n then once power is back it will charge the battery.

I have bought this product 2/3 days back. When I received it I checked switching off the adapter and tested and it worked absolutely fine. But later when power cut happened, there was no Wi Fi again. Could anyone tell me how to use this product correctly?

Harmeet Singh Nanda for example if your using ACT Fibernet the executives come and fits a box outside from where net connection comes (new connection) from that box the internet wire gets connected to the router!!
Arpita Nandy that internet provider will provide 24/7 hours of internet connect irrespective of the power connection in their area...but all you need to know is this product only gives you 4 or more hours of backup to your router whenever there is power cut in your area..this suits for work from home peoples...without any interruption...act has 24 hours of internet providing...so no need to worry..

Better buy a 20000mah power bank with two out usb ports and buy a DC 5V male to usb cable. Then connect both modem and router to the power bank. I tested it and both modem and router will be on for two continuous day. Happy jugaad😁

If you use a CFL inverter in 1500 rs and it will give you backup for 2to 3 full days

Don't buy energy intelligence ups, it don't work with jio fiber, router keeps restarting, when I requested for refund the agent said he is sending a adaptor which I never received and then he said we can't refund because we have sent the adaptor and we want it back. Worst company. Worst products, worst service, better buy any other ups from Amazon atleast you can get refund easily. I have wasted Rs 70 for return shipping as well. 🙏
