El año pasado teníamos una hilux en el campo de mi papá lo usábamos para remolcar un tractor de arado y un tanque de agua en terrenos como estos. Era un infierno cruzar con esa camioneta, no tenía fuerza, se quedaba en el barro hasta que decidió vender y comprar la v6. Y es enorme la diferencia 😍😍 con esta vestía estiramos el tractor en el barro y ni cosquillas le hace a la vw. Sin duda la mejor que la hilux. Otras camionetas no las probé.
@@-zerocool- No they do not have a low range. They just have a ZF 8 speed, and the particular verison they use, has a lower 1st than some of the other versions of that transmission. Off road mode only changes the traction control settings. Now that being said, there are older 4 cylinder manual 4motion Amoraks that do have a low range. But no 6 cylinders have a low range, and all 8 speed 4 cylinder 4 motion versions do not have a low. (All 6 cylinder are 8 speed).

I like the new V6 Amarok but looking at this video i believe there is room for improvement especially the 4motion system. The engine should make it easy to climb obstacles at low revs. Maybe they should consider fitting a superchager to build boost for low end torque and have the turbos kick in at higher rpm for Hp.
There are no perfect pickups for all the tasks. These are not off road vehicles, just vehicles to work with. The Hilux is the tougher and by far the most reliable for heavy duty, the Amarok is better if you do more road travel and some hard working ( there is even one with soft suspension for asphalt), the other ones (Ranger, L200, Nissan, etc) are in between these two. If I am a contractor working on the country all day will buy a Hilux, if I supervise several business in the countryside and need to travel a lot will pick the Amarok.

Considering 80%of these will never see this type of terrain I was quite impressed, I'll stick with my v6 navara for the moment there way too much money for a pickup in my opinion.

Looks like a fallen tree, you can see the trunk cut up to the side. In mud only thing that makes any difference is MT tyres/low pressure/clearance. I don't like the no low-range but I've driven them and for a soft-roader (as all IFS 4x4's are) they're not too bad.
Doesn’t need it ... off road mode and the rear diff lock gets the Amarok where you need to go... check out other off road vids matches or excels other 4wd’s with low range

O mano, quero ver está camioneta aqui nas estradas de fazendas no Mato Grosso, grandes fazendas de extração de madeira por onde julietas e caminhões altamente traçados batem direto, onde nem mesmo o governo manda nas estradas, e sim os próprios fazendeiros se juntam e colocam suas máquinas como patrola, trator esteira, skid muito mais pra fazer as estradas e pontes feitas de toda e assim realizam a manutenção das mesmas, estradas está passando aqui por Rondônia e indo pro Mato Grosso adentro dívida com Rondônia, passando por aldeias indígenas, andando 10 horas em estradas de terra e chutado, dentro deste desenho que fiz das grandes fazendas e verdadeiros rali pra chegarem até elas estão aí as camioneta Hilux s10, a poderosa F1000 está não arrega pra ninguém e ranger, estas são consagradas, a anos atrás era só Toyota bandeirantes que passava com guincho na dianteira cabo de aço pra sai dos atoleiros e até hoge muitas outras mais novas usam também, aí meu camarada eu quero ver se e tudo isso mesmo que fala, se aguenta o rojão, de anos dois aninhos ou três na mão de fazendeiro podre de rico, que não tá aí pra porra nenhuma a não ser bois no pasto ou árvores no chão pra abrir mais pasto, indo e vindo pra fazenda a cada 15 dias, ou semana em semana, e gerente de fazenda dibuiando mesmo sem do, até porqie dinheiro de camioneta pra eles e troquinho de bala 🍬 de mascar, eu quero ver está camioneta amarok nesta proposta até porqie e pra isso que ela foi feita, assim como suas concorrentes de da Toyota Ford Chevrolet e Mitsubishi, está são o top consagradas, agora estes testes passando eu riachos por o de até um fusca passa, estrada com pedregulho por onde até um Chevete anda, porra coloca o Baguio pra moe, faz teste de longa duração, porqie so o que vejo aqui nos canais e brincadeira de criança pra está camioneta, tem que colocar ela em testes de homem de adulto, lugares próprios praesta proposta, coloca um galão de 200 litro de diesel e outro de gasolina na caçamba e o restante de espaço que sobra mete compra de mercado pra levar pra fazenda e uns dois ou três peão da fazenda na cabine junto com o motora, traseira mônada e rasga nesse mundão, sai assim as 04:00 da madruga aqui pra chegar dentro da fazenda oito nove da noite, por estradas como desenhei no decorrer do texto, isso sim é brincadeira de homem adulto, me desculpem pelo longo texto pessoal !

Low range could help a little but that’s very impressive anyway. Chunky tyres would make quite a difference also.

The biggest problem for this truck is there's no differential on rear or center, if there's one on the rear axle, there shouldn't be any slipping
