Chris Benoit should have an honorable mention with his entrance theme. And personally I liked Edges entrance when it was Rob Zombies Never Gonna Stop song. Even Taker having Limo Biscuit in his entrance was fitting for him, or he made it resonate well with his character.
Loved the original theme solo sikoa had in nxt his main roster theme is ok but it just doesn’t hit like that nxt one. Also love the theme for meta 4. Really hope they don’t change it.
With Def Rebel & the rumble almost every entrance we would all scratch our head at who was coming out, or know instantly bc the song would just say their name or catchphrase. CFO$ wasn't too bad compared to what we have now, but was never Jim Johnston.
Mid carders theme songs in 2011 were so much better than today's main eventers, Dolph ziggler, Zack Ryder, Drew McIntyre before release, Kofi Kingston the list goes on

Bayley, nia jax, aj fin balor are great samples of how their theme actually helps make the wrestlers character.

There's good theme producers out there. Mikey Rukus is a good example, I think he does great work for the most part, but he's under contract to AEW.
They can hire Mick Gordon (Who did DOOM) or Joe Hendry to do WWE music
