Wolf's Rain HD - Unreleased Track - "The Tale of Hamona & Darcia"

- Part of my "Wolf's Rain HD" project where I take the standard definition frame, and extend it to HD resolution using digital painting techniques. Work in progress.
One of my absolutely FAVORITE cues from the show. I managed to "paint out" the dialogue in the initial parts of the piece, but unfortunately the dialogue near the end was mixed into the music channels, and I couldn't remove them. Please enjoy! And Like and Subscribe!

My Momma, Recently died of Terminal Uterus Cancer at age of 71, (March 31st 2021) and, She loved Wolf's rain, her Darcia was her husband/my father, she not only loved the anime, art, and voice acting in english, but the music with it and dialog. At the last 3 weeks before she left me to Hospital than hospice, we both listened to this song of yours, She filled up with tears happily and held my Dads hand, My Dad is a quiet man, and he exhaled and held it back and clenched his eyes tightly, It's unfair they both knew she'd die but never told me. I've been slowly inching my self back into Anime again, for my enjoyment and positive memories, it doesnt hurt as badly but stings, but tolerable and distracting if it's a good anime hehe :)

This track starts off with the same melody as the very first unreleased song playing in episode 1, which I have dubbed "Cuento" for two reasons: firstly, it sounds like Quent's name in Japanese pronunciation, secondly it means '(fairy)tale' or maybe 'fable' in Spanish, which both is fitting for the scene it's playing in. It is called "Soft Guitar" in this video: th-cam.com/video/hZKJuihDsoE/w-d-xo.html. With all that said, I'm happy you called this one a "Tale" too.

Just a quick question are you making these songs from the samples of wolf rain? really cool staff!!!
These are all sampled from the recently released Blu-Ray set, for maximum quality and (usually) cleaner removal of the center voices channel. :) The imagery is a combination of original screen captures of the 4:3 source and then digital painting on the sides to create a 16:9 "HD" image. Really hope they remake this series with today's technology.

@@WolfsRainHD I think a perfect name for this unreleased track could be either "Paradise and Poison" or "Paradise Sickness". I think the first one suits more :)

So they were paradise? Or was it a paradise created? Because suddenly everything went black? Please someone explain it to me
I've always interpreted the scene to be more symbolic. She had a sickness, and so his world became sick as well. I'm sure there's a more literal explanation, but might have to read between the lines to find it.
I believe this is a mental representation of how Darcia feels after Hamona started falling ill , or perhaps this is a nightmare he had. When you fall in love and the person you're in love with feels the same, you actually feel like you're in paradise. Now imagine if this person dies all of a sudden: your world is DEVASTATED just like in this scene
I think this was copied from werewolves because harmona also fell in love with a werewolf just like hana but she had no children with darcia..
I believe this came before Wolf Children
