    There’re missing the point here, it’s a supplement. When you need to get just a little extra nutrition on top of a healthy diet. People who take these are not at McDonald’s every day.

    This is not a “latest health craze”. And most certainly not something you can fully cover in 4 minutes. I have been drinking powdered vegetables every day for 7 years now and believe I am much healthier for it.

    • @seansull
      @seansull 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@chaddy60 I’m so happy you asked! So I have a couple:
      My old favorite was paradise herbs orac energy greens. They have a great blend of vegetables, fruits, and a bunch of antioxidant ingredients that honestly I would just say to read the label to see what’s in it. Also no proprietary blends so you know exactly how much of each ingredient is in there
      - the greens I use right now is Huel daily greens just because it tastes WAY better than orac energy greens. But don’t get me wrong orac energy greens is an amazing formula the taste is just very much resemblant of celery and it’s got a gross texture and the huel just tastes much better in comparison. Only thing is it has proprietary blends so if u look at the label it doesn’t tell you how much of each ingredient is inside. HOWEVER, I trust huel as a company and they are laser focused on making sure they add everything a human would need into their products so I think these greens are a really good choice. Price is more expensive than orac energy greens but in my opinion it’s worth it.
      - ok one to avoid is athletic greens. They charge SO much for what’s in the product it’s insane. Just avoid. Yeah ingredients are good but there is No Justifying $90 for a 30 serving pouch.

    Along with the powder, just add frozen spinach or kale to the smoothie. Fills in the fiber gaps, checks the box for adding real veggies to your diet (plus frozen spinach/kale doesn’t lose any nutrient value when compared to fresh, apparently), cheap on the wallet, and has the benefit of freezer longevity.

Not to mention, do you have any gauge of how much you should be taking if you are juicing for yourself?
