@@DorsetSaferRoads I have radios that run both EdgeTX and Ethos. Ethos is pretty darn amazing, and this is coming from someone who's gone through all the versions of OpenTX, EdgeTX and now Ethos.
It's the only thing stopping me from upgrading my FrSky Horus X12S. Ethos has no override function like Open and Edge Tx have. I'm still on OpenTx as I don't have touch screen. The programming is much easier than all the tutorials I've watched on Ethos
Where is the JR module bay? What battery does this use? What else besides china porcelain does $520USD get me? Will this bind to my R9 stuff? How about r-xsr? Does it support access or acst? And what firmware version?
@@christiancml Thanks, good to know! I wish their implementation were better. Seems a nightmare to get into the case to adjust that, and the range is apparently -8 to +8 degrees. 0 to +16 degrees would have made more sense. My search continues.

Hmm I'm tempted.. currently using X20S for helis with a X18 as backup but with it's higher-res screen & metal switches bringing up the X18 quality I might try an X18RS as main because the switches are easier to reach. When do these get to UK?
I'm with Frsky North America so I am unsure of UK dealer's inventory. But try contacting www.t9hobbysport.com or any local Frsky dealer check in with them.
i wud change ova from my tx16s to this if i had the budget. i only run frsky and crsf on all my quads and fixed wings. can i run ethos on my older frsky x10. im running edge tx on it atm
I think you can bootload Ethos in to the X10. I run X12S Horus. Still on OpenTx. I'm not changing to Ethos as have way to much time and functions used on OpenTx that aren't available on Ethos
crybabies. FrSky is growing in the fixed wing section. People are switching over from Spektrum, Futaba, Graupner and even Jeti. These are all closed systems and it's the better option for fixed wings. No one needs ELRS unless they fly out of sight

It has a nano module bay. Uses a 4000mah 2s lipo. As explained in the video, besides Tandem and Twin, it supports Access and ACCST V2.
Do its gimbals have tilt adjustment? Like a multiplex royal pro.
Not on this model but their X20RS, X20 pro have that feature.

Simple to switch say from Mode 2 to Mode 1?
Takes 5 seconds, it is done through the model programming.

Great! No one wants drones at flying fields anyways

If it’s not Expresslrs I’m not impressed.
I don’t care about colors on my radio.
Mmmmm nope. Not for me, looks very generic and pretty colours don’t affect me. Their own proprietary system, nah. Laurie. NZ.
