entire ranger doc needs to be nerfed into oblivion
It will be really interesting to see the balance changes coming in a couple weeks with the Onyx Shark update. I’d be surprised if there aren’t adjustments to rangers.
@@SargeGG Yeah very curious myself since I remember when the game first came out the USF was the weakest faction by far, I'm sure some players aren't gonna be happy if Rangers are nerfed into overpriced cannon fodder but I think Relic put themselves in a corner with the idea in the first place (six flamethrowers or bazookas for a six-man squad?! OK lol) Since I'm stuck on console I've been out of the loop on balance and last I heard the pendulum shifted back in favor of Axis, but there still seems to be lots of complaints about Rangers
@@seanw8005 Yeah exactly Sean, the issue isn’t really even the Rangers themselves necessarily. It’s the Ranger weapons training ability (purchased in the battle group tree) and the multiple weapon slots that make the rangers so effective imo. I would assume that’s where Relic targets for the nerfs.
this game making me super angry every time I play specially as Axis ,I dont play that much any more

Agreed, not retreating but pulling the allied infantry, especially the , into the MG and forcing them to hard retreat back to HQ. It’s a big play in the early game
Underrated movement to switch with blue top and take the position with a counter army to light vehicle spam. Too many players don’t do this even at sub 1600 elo - more popular tactic in other RTS games.

Yeah, I would agree with this Teju. It’s a very underrated tactic. It can totally change the momentum of a match. I think a lot of players, myself included, get stuck in the mindset that they have to play the side of their spawn at all times throughout the match.

I used to hate playing against Rangers but I’ve recently found them to be the easiest US faction to play against, especially as the Wehrmacht. Shuffling 2 or 3 MGs with your army and they’re basically hard countered, since a lot of Ranger players ONLY build rangers 😂.
Lol same here they always seem to blob Rangers plus the manpower bleed's massive when they need to be reinforced. I personally didn't think the Ranger tree was that great since everything else about it seemed to be underpowered
Absolutely @drone & @sean, I think you guys are onto something. If you identify the Rangers early and effectively zone them with MGs, you can really get ahead with your tech and that’s where the US player falls behind. Especially if you’re bleeding them on manpower.
