Twice? When was heli pvp (before Ka-50) i get Ah-1Z by 5 days playing 8-12 hours per day, also unclock Mi-35
I got about 80k xp per hour, now it only 14k xp in best scenario in PVE
Atgms kinda seems better tbh, they are a bit more difficult to control but once they hit i swear they do much more damage then they did before
I’m a Xbox player and I can’t even get one kill a game almost always and most of the time when I do get kills they barley give me crap

As someone who has walked this path and now could enjoy the Tiger UHT-gameplay.. Its EXTREMELY satisfying to get those PARS-LR kills, especially when dueling enemy SPAA since they don't stand a chance as long as you play your cards right. But the grind.. Oh my god the grind..

Protip: in PVE you can destroy bases with rockets to get tons of rewards. I think the MI-24P can take bombs too.
I'm halfway on unlocking the german mi24p, and I wonder how to kill rolands w/ this thing xd
@@mphose24you need to use cover from the terrain (hills etc.) while trying to get as close as possible. Rolands don't shoot under 600m and they need some seconds to fire. Kill them with Rockets and Guns. Its difficult but possible. don't forget to activate ccip for the guns each time you start.
@@mphose24 the rolands use the stock missile, so if you stay outside of 6,5 to 7km they cannot hit you no matter how hard they try lol.

You are using the Mi24 wrong. Just use it as a first spawn vehicle and try to kill as many tank as possible with your life. Rinse and repeat.

The only thing that gives me kills is air to air and canon.
I legit shot all my rockets and did no DMG, and then used canon, and the canon did more DMG to the tank
The PVE mode is much better by now and even takes BR into consideration. You can also use the RP and Lions booster in there for a bigger outcome. Can recommend it tbh. Not to mention that there is now a small box in the tank tech tree you can check which allows you to research helicopters by using tanks.

There have always been BR brackets and they have changed very little. You still have scout helicopters with max 6x ATGMs having to compete with Ka-50s and Apaches, or Hueys and 4x ATGM scout helicopters having to compete with Mi-24As, and Mi-8s. You have also always been able to use RP and SL boosters, but they only last for the first 30 minutes of the match unless they are

The only thing I like about Helicopters being in the game is it makes it worth while investing in the SPAA tanks before it wasn't worth it as 9/10 you could knock out a plane with the machine guns mounted on the tank.

The German Hind is good for spawning in right at the start with the unguided missiles - does not work often but if it works it´s really nice (coming in from the side into the starting bulk can really hurt team cohesion a lot even if you don´t kill anything.)
Would have probably be more fun than PVE imho but requires a bit training, as a standoff Heli the hind is really underwhelming.
I know the CCIP-less helis are CBT, but like I know its just me but being in the AH-1G, from committing and switching to the cockpit to use the sight to shoot the missiles, I usually get 2-3 kills in PVP and go only like 1-2 deaths in PVE

The problem with the heli vs heli is I stopped playing them because of it, people who purchased prem. helis just farmed me for monies and RP and there was nothing that I could do about it.

Pve full of ka-50 resulting in -50k lions with no exp, pvp with 3 missiles for 1 light tank (when i had time to launch the third), hundreds of death just spawned and killed by plane (or heli spawn camp as you did ... it's bad you know ? lol) ... but the most i had is SPAA killing me at 2-3 kms from battle field when i was at 20m from ground ... without forgetting the famous pilot snipe ...
I'm not the only one who suffered this (but I gave up, it's much too long and cost too much to replace keyboards and mouses !!)
I tried grinding Chinese helis in the heli EC mode but it became unbearable with the aimbot the AI seemed to have. Very unfortunate Gaijin can't make any part of this game fun.

100% agree, pve is unbearable with gepards and is very buggy and gaijin wont fix it, they nerfed it this update with increased repair i believe. also the chinese starting sits pretty high for a starter at 8.7 and missiles with only 3km range

For PvE I use the Tzefa A with about 36 rockets and the wing mounted 20mm with the dual 40mm grenade launchers. I’ve recently gotten back on the grind, and the tech tree changes really hurt. A big thing I noticed, at least with the flying tic tac, is you focus too much on moving left/right instead of using all of your 3d space. To keep a better survivability against jets and helis roll almost doing a barrel roll and use coll as much to your advantage

best heli is a huey with unguided rocket pods and aiming with the first person cockpit sight glass. Also ultra bonus points for flying in VR
immagine grinding the italian heli tech tree, when this mode was just realeased, the second heli that italy gets, was in the same br of all the k50 and stuff, so littarly impossible to grind, i mean, it took me a week to grind all 3 of them, but thats because it used to give way more rewards, remember when i made 500k silver and 120k rp with only the second heli that italy has
Uh-1 will forever be my favorit helicopter while being small for a military helicopter it can fit up to 11 people

If germany helis grind was hard you should've watched italy before the hungary update, you started with ab205 with only 14 unguided rockets and miniguns, tow was last mod for A109 and you started with just the cannon on the "mangusta" a129 cbt
