Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra 2023: Telemann's Overture in G minor

The Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra performed a programme, "Brilliant Baroque Concerti", recorded in July 2023 in the Kevin Barry room at the National Concert Hall, Dublin.
Led by IYBO Director Claire Duff.
The concert, which included works from Handel, Vivaldi and Telemann, presented a musical programme that celebrated the Baroque concerto in all its forms.

The event marked the culmination of a week-long music course which saw young string, wind, and harpsichord musicians from around the country gather to hone their talent in this historical performance practice.
The Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra is a collaboration between the Irish Baroque Orchestra and the Irish Association of Youth Orchestras, funded by The Arts Council.
