Unbeknownst to him almost immediately Ray buys him a new one, the old guitar being a metaphor for Boeing the past which is gone and new guitar symbolising Ray himself, the future of Sand. This is my interpretation. I would love to hear the thoughts from the original commenter.
I SWEAR 10:28 *that eyes, the stare, the cold and serene look in his face* screams how Sand is *his* "man." HOW SEDUCTIVE YOU WANT THIS TO BE? Ray really knew everything he was doing and he was not afraid of putting Sand in a uncomfortable position to clarify his feelings towards Boeing while taking the risk of being heartbroken. It was meant to shake Ray's confidence in Sand. Sand got pissed and decided to send Ray out of there (away from Boeing) and have that talk and hopefully never meet Boeing again.

Yet the comments are full of posts about Ray and Sand, I just don’t understand the fuss over them, especially Ray as I find him creepy and manipulative, and Sand isn’t as strong as I thought he was, he seems easily manipulated.

I always had a thing for both of them, although it was kinda dragged a bit too much in the last episodes. Buuuut seeing the comments full of ray and sand makes me question my perception xd I mean, yeah, they are good actors and after some episodes I was interested in their storyline, but I think the hype in the comments is a bit too much haha I don't see this phenomenal chemistry or this outoftheworld acting (like the look some ppl tagged in this episode) the others are talking about. TopMew rebuilding their relationship 🥲 This scene was so sweet and genuine. Mew not immediately saying yes to moving in together and asking for time to think about it, Top respecting his reasons shows their maturity and willingness to take things slow with no pressure. Acknowledging their rough patch but choosing to forgive and give it another chance. I’m so proud of them. Definitely the best couple for me ❤

Can we talk about the maturity of Ray in this episode? I have to give him his flowers because even though Ray has his issues, he was able to realize that Sand and his residual feelings for Boeing were the real problem, instead of Boeing himself. That being said, the way he was able to keep his composure not only in the club but also at his house in the face of blatant disrespect...👀, he gets a round of applause, and I couldn't have done it. Boeing had his hands all over Sand, referenced their prior sexual relationship and then had the audacity to be down for a threesome in his pool and he did all of that with a smile on his face and Sand just entertained it. Ray was livid in that pool, but he was calm in that driveway, because he understood he needed to check Sand, Boeing only did all of that because Sand allowed him to, but me personally I would've been burying a body and coming up with a alibi for his sudden disappearance. I would've hit Sand with..."You keep playing with Boeing, and 👏🏾he's 👏🏾going👏🏾to👏🏾turn👏🏾up👏🏾missing!"Period.

I really like Ray's way of dealing things especially him saying " deal with boeing, sand or I'll handle it my own way". Like that was hot. His confidence and attitude is really something, that is what it makes it's character more attractive and appeasing.
The fact that Boeing dumped sand for top and tried to get mew to take revenge on top and now want sand in his life again feeling stupid as well as when Ray invited him to his house he said " i can know more about Ray ".

Imagine they move in together, what will happen if Top need to spend time with friends out at night, how Mew will take it? If you are in this situation, you better work the trust issue first, fix what was broken first.

I was literally on the edge of my seat in the last few minutes of episode. I think I understood Sand and Ray's motives but I'm so nervous for next EP. Also this pool sequence is totally insane but also something that can be expected of Ray.

Nope, the curse happened while premiering we lost the eng sub for goodness sake. Some fans like me got lucky that wecan understand some of it while most doesn't even know what happening. Though surely, this is a healing episode somehow as all CPs are at peace and have already moved on from the pain of the past even bostonnick. but then we're not so sure about boston as he is boeing's next target...

Love Ray for being up right honest. Not sure if I am the only one who notice that Ray wasn't jealous or awkward when Boeing showed up especially since Sand told him he had nothing to be jealous about. On the contrary Sand was the one who made the whole situation awkward, and Ray sensed it immediately. You could see how he started to analyze and pick up the mood. Sand didn't cave in to Boeing but he also wasn't firm or pushed off Boeing when he would touch him so I get and understand the way Ray decides to take action. Also for a brief second I low-key thought Ray was going to ask for the threesome 😂 Sand better make it cristal clear to Boeing cause if not just like how Ray said he will deal with him.

I don't think it's him being unsure. Ray can come off as aloof but we all know he is just an extremely caring guy and boeing knows that and is taking advantage of that. Sand is not at all doubtful of his feelings for ray but he also has a lot of unresolved feelings with the way things ended with boeing and it shows. He didnt get the closure he direly needed. Boeing did say he never yelled at him which probably implies that sand was ij too much pain to even get angry and let all of it out when boeing cheated. Boeing most likely came around when he got dumped and sand gave him friendship then. If sand was still in love with boeing he would have pursued him before ray showed up or even after ray showed up coz they are still friends but he didn't and instead was closed off to relationships till ray pushed his way in.

This has become one of the most watched series. Omg I count the days to the next episode, at this point though, I really don't want it to end. I can't imagine not being able to see Firstkhaotung ( Sand and Ray on screen.) The chemistry the dialogue the handsomeness of first and Khaotung is just beautiful. I could watch them all day everyday together. I just love them . Only Friends is a seriously a top notch BL series. I honestly hope that we are going to see Firstkhaotung together in another series. I loved how TopMew's trust build up in each other again, BostonNike reunion and Boston's love confession to Nike, and, my beloved couple, SandRay's love scenes..nd Ray's jealousy😂 and the dialogue was everything for being jealous "deal with him or I do it"..loved it.

I like how in the beginning Ray used the threesome as a way to flirt because he didn't take things seriously. If he wants something, he will take it, it's the type of person he is. In the middle, he used the threesome just because he wanted to be with Sand, in whatever form he could have him, he was fine to share because he was desperate. But obviously he still looked like it wasn't a big deal for him even after knowing he likes Sand, since he's used to acting this way. And this time, you can tell, the playfulness is still there but it's purely out of jealousy and possessiveness. He's basically saying "try me motherfucker". Now fully aware of his feelings, he doesn't want to share, yet the habit is still there but he turned it into a challenge.
