I love the architecture of the later 16th and 17th centuries because they are very functional and not to opulant or decorative, but also not to bulky as in the middle ages.
Too much zooming, made me feel ill.
The property looks nice from the 26 seconds I was able to watch but this video is not epileptic-friendly.
Tiny château living. Its all the rage for château owners looking to downsize.

Hi, I was just trying some new effects I just learnt to do. So as for every new stuff, you often abuse of them at the beginning... The point is that I also wanted to show the property from a wide variety of angles and had to cut a lot of short scenes in order to keep the video under 6mn long. But thanks for this feedback. experimentation shall we say :)

Yes, and this chateau produces a great but confidential Cahors wine... it also has some more vineyards next to it. The land is quite impressive.

C'est un bel objet. Toutefois, pour un prix de + de 4'000'000 € et ne pas pouvoir filmer l'entier de l'intérieur parce qu'il est loué, c'est un peu gros comme excuse et mauvais point pour les propriétaires s'ils veulent le vendre. J'ai vendu moi-même plus de 80 propriétés, mais je n'ai jamais entendu cela. Le propriétaire a le droit de demander à son locataire de pouvoir faire visiter, filmer ou photographier son bien s'il veut le vendre. Et le locataire ne peut pas refuser. Quant à la vidéo, le début avec ses zaping et zoom rapides sont désagréables. Et lorsque l'on est sur une image ou dans une pièce, on a pas le temps de tout focaliser pour se rendre compte de la pièce que déjà on passe à une autre. Sans compter que l'on ne se rend pas compte non plus de la disposition des pièces. Cela pour la plupart de vos vidéos. Et pourtant une bonne vidéo fait déjà une bonne partie de la vente.... De la part d'une collègue expérimentée dans la clientèle de luxe ! 👋👋
