Hi I’m from the UK and just watched the 4 parts in 1 hit just love those old c90s and with THAT ENGINE it’s going to GO , I know Daytona built a supercharged 1 of those with 212CC and that was fast. When I went to Thailand my mate lives out there 6 cold British months then works the summer so when I went he knew where all the custom bike shops were and this build reminded me of that trip and seeing for first time how they built their Honda C90 amazing thanks for sharing. SCOOBS UK.
Daytona!!! I used to have a crypto r 115.. 55mm wiseco piston and daytona camshaft with double springs valves and a mikuni 26.. Damn that motorsport exhaust man

The chainlock plate at the inside of the chain is no problem, only the closed end of the fishplate has to point in the direction of (chain)travel. Now the fishplate is pointing the wrong way.

401 BUILD No problem! I have the same LED light kit from eBay on one of my Banshees the places sticking up under the washer are to keep the bolt head in place so you don’t need a wrench or ratchet on each side to tighten, only on the backside.
Those pieces are also what’s keeping the washer from sitting flat against the bracket.

please tell me you switched that masterlink clip around. If you put it on the inside/lower, the closed side should be pointing the rear sprocket. If any debris hits it off, it could throw the chain.
DragonsKindler On this build i had to put it on the inside because of the metal peice on the swingarm on the outside that could had a chance of hotting link and removing it, i rode this bike like 40 times already and everything is fine thank you

@@401build primero que todo gracias por sacarme de duda .... otra pregunta hace algún daño al motor a largo plazo o hace alguna baja a la velocidad o algo por el estilo?
Juan Garcia no hay problema amigo, ese motor se enfria solo con el aire sin ese radiador pero tenemos la opcion de usarlo y como cuesta 1300 dolares solo la maquina, prefiero cuidarlo para que no se me dañe y se mantenga controlado la temperatura

I think You installed chain clips on opposite direction:), it looks like Your chain is going on reverse all the time :)
Berni Boy i had to put chain link on the inside because on the outside there was a chance it could come off cause of a peice of metal on swing arm next to it
