You can get one built these days by custom shops. I think the last i heard, it would cost you somewhere around 60K. That's a fully restored truck, exactly like the TV truck. I think the shop I'm thinking of puts a remanufactured blueprint 350 engine in.
Absolutely did a great job on this truck!! I grew up watching the show, man what a tribute. Hats off to the students that completed this build they hit this one out of the park!!
Gratulation!
I'm soooo glad I grew up in the 70s and 80s,.the tv shows, cars and trucks, and vans,. The Ateam. O and but of course the Heather Tomas poster I had on my wall
Yes, the 70s and 80s were an awesome time! The TV shows, cars, and posters were simply legendary. The A-Team and Heather Thomas created many wonderful memories. It's great that you got to experience that era and can still enjoy the nostalgia today.
You should be very proud of that truck. It is a lot of work to do all that research on every item and when parts are not available have them made as close to specs as possible. Respect. I loved that show and if that truck is ever in Colorado I'd love to see it in person.
That's a beautiful truck great job it brings back memories my first truck was a 1984 Chevy Scottsdale K20 I love the two tone paint schemes well done thanks
That truck was slick. I didn't even know about the secret access compartments. Nowadays they would just use an extended cab or double cab truck for extra space, but back in the early 80's an extended cab was a rarity. Nearly all pickup trucks made were regular cabs.
A beautiful truck build! In one of the Fall Guy episodes, they installed a pneumatic launcher for Colt to jump over fences. This was installed in the bed. I’m hoping to use some similar pneumatics on a slap shot robot and was doing some research for that when I found this video.
5:32 THAT'S what I was waiting to see!! I said "If he doesn't have the hidaway cubbie then this was a waste!!". I'm happy to see you got it right, great job students, you can work on my car anyday!!
General Lee , KITT , Fall Guy GMC , the Coyote from Hardcastle & McCormick , the Dodge truck from Simon & Simon , A Team van , Ferrari from Magnum PI and Miami Vice . Favorite 80s vehicles. What am I missing ?
The Trans-Am from Smokey and the Bandit. Daisy Duke had a yellow Plymouth Roadrunner before her white Jeep. Face had a white Corvette with a red stripe on the A-Team. A.J. Simon had a red Camaro on Simon & Simon. The DeLorean from Back To The Future. The Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters. The black Lamborghini from Cannonball Run. Mad Max's Ford Falcon.
BLOWN MY MIND ! Most legendary most iconic most beautiful square body in the universe ❤ FALL GUY is my all time favourite tv series I’ve watched the original run
Well done! This may be nitpicking, but in early seasons the truck was a 'Sierra Classic', and actually had the emblem on the side of the truck, saying that. That is the only name/emblem I recall seeing on the series. That being said, well done to all who helped put this truck together!
It is quite cool to build such a cool truck in school. You can be proud of your students. They did a great work! Whish our students would be so involved.. Greedings from germany o/
Beautiful truck. Loved that show. Built an 85 long bed myself inspired by the show but a little more off-road. Dana60 front 14 bolt rear on 40” and 5:13 gears. Mine was the wrong color though but original 85 red and grey. Should’ve never sold it but oh well on to new projects.
I had a 1975 Cheyenne and a 1978 a 1979 a 1984 these truck are great easy to work on simple design, check the back of box in back of drivers side in the corner some truck has a brace installed after it was painted and a chemical was spilled around the top of the box on the drivers side, trucks with this brace the metal rotted around the repair area ,the trucks with this brace are ok for parts I saw this brace on a1982 and a 1976 not all the trucks made had this brace but it was an ongoing problem for the tin shop at gm ,so next time you look at one of these trucks look for that brace ,get your truck that doesn’t have this brace ,
Hey guys you won't believe me if I told! But I found one of the original stunt trucks from the fall guy t.v. show is for sale with the engine that was moved to middle of the truck so that jumping the truck for the stunts wouldn't snap the axles and it has been completely reinforced front and back put with the abuse from the jumps. But there's only one problem with it and that's it needs to restored to running and driving condition
Very sweet, I luv the clean original look of this truck no bells or extra whistles and i do remember the show Colt Seavers aka Lee Majors anyways, The students did a superb job. Who gets to drive it around? Thx for sharing👍
One of my favorite t.v. trucks. This is also one of the few shows that never gets a rerun series. Not sure why, but never, ever see this being reran on any networks. Anyone know why?
There’s a guy in Bakersfield, CA that has built a truck as equal to the one in this video. He’s got $100k into and it sits in his shop. Every once in a while he’ll drive to Chuy’s on Thursday evenings car show night and will park in a different parking lot. It’s beautiful.
Out of all the old TV shoes they are redoing now the Fall guy would be a great one to bring back That show is what got me into squarebodys. I remember watching that truck flying through the air off a jump and how it bounced when it landed. They just don't make trucks like that anymore
Imagine having this exact truck and driving it around. When I was a kid, I always dreamed of owning this truck one day.

That's a fully restored truck, exactly like the TV truck. I think the shop I'm thinking of puts a remanufactured blueprint 350 engine in.
I'd have to find any and all reasons to jump it 😆
I had the matchbox version
That series was VERY popular in Germany back in the 80s. All young boys liked it, especially this car - and Heather :-)
Ayo??
As a little boy this was the coolest truck and still is to this day.
Bigfoot 1
Absolutely amazing
Absolutely did a great job on this truck!! I grew up watching the show, man what a tribute. Hats off to the students that completed this build they hit this one out of the park!!

Even beyond being a fall guy replica it’s a gorgeous truck with no detail overlooked
Oh there are details over looked. He mentioned just a few. 😉
THAT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL, GORGEOUS TRUCK IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I'm soooo glad I grew up in the 70s and 80s,.the tv shows, cars and trucks, and vans,. The Ateam. O and but of course the Heather Tomas poster I had on my wall
AMEN HOW RIGHT YOU ARE
Convo, Smokey and the bandit, dukes of hazzard, cannonball run, white line fever, etc. 70s and 80s had all the good shows
Yes, the 70s and 80s were an awesome time! The TV shows, cars, and posters were simply legendary. The A-Team and Heather Thomas created many wonderful memories. It's great that you got to experience that era and can still enjoy the nostalgia today.
The show and truck that started my love for lifted trucks. Been a Gmc and Chevy fan all my life

I had Farrah s
Oh yeah I had one of Heather Thomas, 1 of Heather Locklear, 1 of Morgan Fairchild, and 1 of Erin Gray.......😋
Me too dude, me too
You should be very proud of that truck. It is a lot of work to do all that research on every item and when parts are not available have them made as close to specs as possible. Respect. I loved that show and if that truck is ever in Colorado I'd love to see it in person.
Probably the most beautiful car in the world in the film and television history. Best regards from Germany.
Wow!! a REAL pickup. TWO doors, standard cab, and NO GHETTO wheels. I want it.
Ghetto Wheels 🤔
Gerald Scott exactly not a bit of ghetto on it
Would look good with 32 inch spinners.
Don't get me started on that crappy wheels they put on cars now
Just how it should be
I always loved that truck and the tv show. You guys did a great job, it’s even nicer than the original.
Loved the fall guy tv series how it was fun growing up in the 80s as a kid
That is some awesome work. Those students should be very proud.
truedeadman yes sir. it's beautiful!
Beautiful. Brings back memories. Was curious if you had the secret doors. Great job.
And, of course, to make this truly like the show you need to never lock the doors and always leave the keys in the ignition when you go somewhere.
I loved that show this truck is beautiful
That's a man's truck.
Great truck. Fall Guy was a great show!! I love the bed work with the doors.. GM should have done something like that..
Beautiful.I want this truck or one just like it.This is waay better than the trucks nowadays.Pure old school classic muscle.
Beautifully done. Man, that was a great show!
That's a beautiful truck great job it brings back memories my first truck was a 1984 Chevy Scottsdale K20 I love the two tone paint schemes well done thanks

This was my all time favorite show growing up, and started my love for an old square body.
Beautiful truck.I miss the '80's,all the great tv shows and Fall Guy.
Now I wanna go jump off a tall building, or roll a brand new car! 👍
Cuz I’m the unknown stuntman that made Eastwood such a Star ⭐️
@@darthinsidious1769 I've always wanted to know what he says after I'm the unknown stuntman 😂
That particular C-Body GMC is perhaps, the best looking pick up ever made. Looks so gaw'damn masculine!
Should have been limited slip or posi track axles. That has always been one sexy truck. Great job!
A beautiful truck build! In one of the Fall Guy episodes, they installed a pneumatic launcher for Colt to jump over fences. This was installed in the bed. I’m hoping to use some similar pneumatics on a slap shot robot and was doing some research for that when I found this video.
The only thing I would favour over Heather Thomas is that *Truck* ;-)
sven trogrlic I agree!
How about Heather Thomas in that truck?
mightress yep that’d be perfect!
YESSS!!
Heather Thomas was absolutely gorgeous dahmn!!
5:32 THAT'S what I was waiting to see!! I said "If he doesn't have the hidaway cubbie then this was a waste!!". I'm happy to see you got it right, great job students, you can work on my car anyday!!

Beautiful truck, my grandfather had one of these but it was blue and white with a diesel engine. I miss the 80s
Awesome that's all that has to be said
I loved watching the Fall Guy. Wish they would sell the complete series on DVD or Blue Ray instead of only one year in the U.S
I love that show. I can remember being a really young kid watching the fall guy and then air wolf
Haha airwolf... riptide, knight rider, ATeam, magnum PI, hardcastle and mcCormic, etc...fall guy the best though I think

Miss the 80s "the fall guy" was my favorite show as a kid. Loved the truck the show and the cast. Very beautiful pickup job well done!!!
Missing the hideaway drawer under bed where they occasionally hid guns. Rolled out like tool box drawer
Jim L no it isn’t missing
What is missing is the ejection system that was set up in the bed to give them a launch over walls and such.
@Jay Wolf: Thank You for posting the very interesting video on The Fall Guy truck. I enjoyed that show.
Awesome replica, thank you for share, I love that TV Show when. I was a kid in my country DR.
Such an amazing build! Just sorry Lee Majors wouldn't come and visit you guys at lex-con! His loss for sure!!
36browneyedman I'm sure he has more to do
He had a few of these not sure what he lost?
Nice build. Grew up watching that show every week and many others. ...miss the 80s television shows .

Congrats to your students! That's the best Fall Guy Repro truck I've seen:)
Was hoping Heather Thomas would pop out when he opened the storage door ☹️

Students did a great job. Great video.
Damn! GM can take some notes on that bed tool box so sick!
GM already has a similar tool bed box like this. It's available on Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon trucks.
This video gave me an unexplicable joy in my heart...thanks. To the unknown stuntman!
Oh wow......that truck has come quite a ways from when I rode in it. Gorgeous.
The truck was one of the reasons that I watched the show. Loved the truck.

My replica is the pilot episode truck..no Stuntman's Association eagle on the hood and the two tone late 70s brown and gold paint job.
Very nice job, takes me back to '82.
Beautiful truck. Love the bed side doors. Very cool
Volver a ver esta camioneta me lleva a los mejores recuerdos de mi infancia
The Fall Guy truck was a trend setter it's the reason every guy in high school back then started driving and jacking up Chevys
You all did a remarkable job on this truck. So nice to see Classic Cool.
The hideaway doors are awesome! As is the whole truck!
great build, I wonder what the banging noise is in the background, sounds like someone is boxing.
Great looking Truck, my dream Truck back then.
