Thanks Peter.. Slow and steady... I have already started work on the Station master house... and I have just finished the 2nd side of the land forming on the station board... So it is really starting to look more like a real railway and not just wood and foam!

That was brilliant Craig. Nice to finally see a decent sized goods shed for a change.
I found it very interesting as mine is much the same except larger. No its not me regarding size, I am copying the one at Bognor which is still there and it has 6 doors on one side, otherwise no difference. I will try making mine out of card and Scalescenes though when I get time.

Thank's Chris. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Part 2 will be dropping on Friday. Then I'm waiting on parts to be able to finish it off. But I've been busy with other things. I look forward to seeing yours.

Hi Craig, looks like it’s coming together nicely, York Model Rail do have some excellent products. I’ve used the roof tiles before and they do give an excellent roof tile effect if very fiddly to get the lines straight! For roof tiles recently I’ve been using Scalescenes roof tiles printed on to A4 sticky labels. You can either stick them on in one piece or cut strips. The effects have been good either way and they do come pre weathered to! I’m also going to try Scalemodelscenery’s new N Gauge roof tiles which look very good.
Looking forward to the next update, cheers for now, John

Thanks for the info John, I'll have to have a look at their product as well. But to keep the layout consistent, I'll probably stick with the ones from York Model Rail. It is hard to keep them perfectly straight, especially on a larger roof like the goods shed... The waiting room was much easier! Next update will be dropping Friday. Craig.
