I once saw a video with this song and it stuck to my head, the video didn't say which song it was and the uploader vanished from youtube, all i had was the song in my head. I found it tonight, twelve years and a lot of wrong translations later.

well, cats are mischievous and as we all know, cats would totally climb and play around a construction site. MEAW are two girls......dressed like cats. So it is only natural for them to be at the construction site. That and SONG IS CALLED FACTORY! GOSH!!! YOU SHOULD BE PAYING ATTENTION TO THE VOICE! I like the voice actually, they are kinda cute. If they were for sale I would buy them♥

Bellatrix Lestrange The person who posted this isn't the one who made it, this was made by the people who created Me Aw as a demo for them. I forgot what they are called but its on the vocaloid wiki (they aren't vocaloid by the way they're just on the wiki because a lot of people were confused about them).
Yeah, after posting this mai bf told me the first one you mentioned. Have to tell her they are not vocaloids, because like you said, everyone who knows them is confused. :-)
@NekoShey I think what they did is they animated it how they normally would... then reduced the number of frames to make it look like some Japanese animation. (often times Japan can get away with using half the number of frames that cartoons/animations than some other countries do. XD They've figured out how to integrate it into the style somehow...)
It is currently not started if they are using any from of the Vocaloid Engines but it was said that they will have something to do with Vocaloid in the future

@InuyashaGirl7291 that or it is just how i percieve it by youtubes lowering of the original video quality during its encoding. if the uploader of the video did any changes toward frame rate however it might be that, but in this case i believe it to be youtubes re-encoding I reacted to in my old comment. :) in no way did i mind the video, just giving my two cents :) the original video looks awesome in HD on my TV when I play it from the disc :D
Not neccesarily, some vocaloids are private and are not sold but used by just one company. Like Akikoloid. Shame it is, though, these two have rather nice voices ;_;
The quality of this video lacks abit towards the one I have on CD the twist on the frame rate seems a bit off as well lacks the depth... but still a cute video :D
