  • Rob Lee, Licensed Texas Realtor takes you on a home tour in Lewisville, TX. Today I spoke to a builders representative in this community. She showed me the community layout and I saw that OVER 50% of these homes were sold. Most before they were even built! She also said that there was a freeze on lumber for the last couple of months (now restarted)
So here is the situation if you are waiting for prices to go down.
We have a constant influx of out of state people moving to DFW and our inventory of homes here is VERY low which creates more demand and people battling for them. Honestly, if I was a new person coming to this “new normal” in DFW, I would get something as soon as I was ready and most likely it would be a new build! No constant bidding war! Btw the equity has already begun to rise in these homes (like most in DFW) since they started to build! It’s going to be amazing to see how much all of our homes will be worth by 2030! Please don’t wait! Hit me up if you are planning on looking soon. I have access to all of the new communities.

The first floor was nice, upstairs was lackluster.

That kitchen area was my favorite part. The location is top-notch too! Thanks for checking it out!

$400k for a townhome that's not in town but in the burbs? Dallas is turning into San Fran....

@@LearnHustleGrow which is why I am getting in now. Closing in April on a new build townhouse in Mckinney. If I waited 2 years I wouldn't be able to afford the property as a single one income lady. Relieved I found something and under 300K!
