Economic emancipation was for the elite and anc officials and not the people as we can see how the ordinary person on the street is suffering. Just look at the number of millionaires that were created by the anc government for their caders and themselves. She's talking about crime and the areas, but she went in there with bodyguards while the people live there with a police force that doesn't keep them safe. She's commenting on the fact that no anc member has been charged by the courts because they are innocent until proven guilty, but we know that that is only their strategy to stay in their positions. They are uncomfortable in the gnu only because they have someone watching over them to stop them from looting as freely as they have done before.
