hopefully my ballast isnt the problem. my aftermarket angel eyes and blinkers are still working in my headlight, does the ballast control that or just the low beams?
Dude! I want to thank you so much. I've been watching ur videos but I especially appreciate ur washing machine unclogging a drain pipe. You helped me when no one else would. I just want to ty so much and can u please tell me ur name lol
Just replaced my halo lights and headlights on my 2008 E90 335i sedan and my passenger low beam works some days and then randomly turns off so you think it's because of my ballester ? That's the reason why I replaced my headlights in the first place because of the same reason of working whenever it wanted to.
Seth Davis no it wouldn't. Sounds like the linkage arm that controls the up/down adjustments of your HID may have either popped off or may be broken. My right side was broken and I ended up having to remove the entire housing and epoxied it back together. A new one isn't cheap. :/
Hello bro! Nice vid!!! My passenger side bulb I thought it was bad, I tested a couple known good working ones and failed too, do you think that would be the ballast?

Is the ballast the same type for the 328i 2008 that has a the torx cover ?
I changed my bulb and igniter and light still don’t work could it be ballast? And if not what else ?

hello I have a 2009 335i and my bulb is pointed down to the ground . I was wondering if changing the ballast would fix that ?

How has the after market ballast held up? Shop is charging 500 for one. Thinking about getting the eBay one now.
Thanks for video and link to the part. Much appreciated!!
Tom Tsiokos My pleasure! Thanks for watching and subscribing!

Sounds like it. Try swapping your other ballast over to that side and see if the bulbs work.
@@ExtremeDIY thanks bro! I will try that out!
