I am having this issue now and then since 3years.. started 2-3months after i bought a new tata tiago. Tata engineer says battery could be low.. How can battery become low in 2-3 months in a brand new car.. that's the question
TATA Nexon BS 6 कारो में sofware की दिक्कत आ रही है जिस कारण कार का engine lock हो रहा है। Tata को अपने sofware और अपने सर्विस स्टेशन को ठीक करनाचाहिए।मुझे भी 1दिसंबर से 3दिसंबर तक इस परेशानी का हल्द्वानी में ही service station से 05KM की दूरी पर सामना करना पड़ा।मेरी भी tata Nexon का software के कारण engine lock हो गया। 900रू online pay कर TATA की Road side assistance बुलाई,कोई solution नही मिला,फिर मुझे tata ने 3000और pay करने को कहा ताकि मेरी कार टोह कर service station पहुचाई जाए। वहा भी 2को शनिवार की छुट्टी थी, 3 को उन्होंने softwate अपडेट करने को कहा,जिसके चार्जेस अलग से लेंगे।करीब 10से 12हजार का खर्च बताया।पर किसी में मुझे लोकल मैकेनिक का नंबर दिया जिसने 30मिनट में गाड़ी को unlock कर दिया। अब इस घटना के बाद रोज यही डर लगता है कि पता नहीं कब फिर कहा पर गाड़ी अपने आप lock हो गई तो क्या होगा।
I also faced same issue 'Engine Locked' with my 18 months old TATA Tiago. They towed to service centre and said Battery down. If it is the case, then it has to report correct message. And how can Battery be damaged with in 18 months.
I had same issue with my new tiago. I raise this issue with tatacare. As temporary I made lock unlock the car after few minutes it solves for me. This issue with immobilizer. Check battery charged or not. For me they changed wole lock set. Also new software update given by tata motors. Let's see I am monitoring it.
I had another issue after getting this one resolved on very next day, my car was not starting and it was due to weak battery, which lasted only for 15 months (Company Fitted). I called up showroom technician, they started engine using another battery. Had replaced it now. May be Engine got Locked due to same reason. Still Tata need to look into this frequentproblem from their end.
Any solution did any one get for this even iam getting same error. Reached to service centre still not received any permanent solution for this. If any one get please respond to my question.
Maine Tata services center walo ko bulaya.. Woh apni car se battery leke aaye phir unhoney car start ki... Mai phir car leke unke saath gaya.. Waha par meri car ki battery replace hui. Mere case mey car ki battery ka issue tha. Aap bhi check karo saayad same issue ho

For me just replacing battery worked, I did not face samd issue again. I think you should reach out to service centre again and ask for permanent solution as this is unacceptable from there end.
@@deepakkansal8759 han battery power kam he to engine start hone ke liye ke liye jyada power cahiye gadi ko baaki normal function to ho jayenge... Normally 2 saal ke andr battery issue ho jata he gadi me ...

I had same issue after trying some time digital cluster also off and then my keys also not working keys se lock unlock. Hona bhi band ho gaya

Same is happening to my car. Stop not able to get it started. Engine locked. Not starting despite replacement of battery ..
