They are basically treating the person they are trying to scam as the enemy, though not smart enough to realize that a con involves becoming friends with the person and not making them hate you.
The weirdest part about these scammers is that they get pissed when you mess with them. Like... don’t disrespect others, you’re trying to take their money, the least you can do is be decent.

This series makes me want to pretend to be a scammer then reveal to the people who fell for it that I was pretending to scam them and tell them that they should be more careful.
