Looks a great dartboard especially for the money. The bleed marks are nothing really and the couple of small holes aren’t really an issue either. Possibly the reason it’s much quieter is the wedges you have on the board securing it. It would be interesting for you to put the old Blade 5 back up with these wedges just to see if that also dulls the sound on it too. I picked up a hardly used Blade 4 for £3 fae a charity shop last year, I think it is a better board than the Blade 5. Mission board looks great for the money

I bought one for myself at xmas and got the unicorn rota locks aswell. Mine dosen't have any faults with it either.
