Wow this video helped me a lot to understand how to use this product,
Okay so, for whoever wants a tdlr,
heat opens your hair cuticle, cold closes it. When you wash your hair you're supposed to use hot water to open the cuticle, & to rinse your hair with cold water, to close the cuticle & to lock in the shine. With this tool, we're able to use hot tools, and then seal the cuticle with this cold tool, that's why it's doesn't straighten, it's meant to seal the hairs cuticle without using cold water and ruining the hair style
