My reserve is actually much better than I thought. With this calculation you are pretty much guaranteed to pull on both banners. The problem is when pulling on shu or other banners.
Thank you very much, NFZen, especially for making this video one month before Virtuosa's banner because, as much as we have enough time to save like the video shows, some bad management plus awful, could make some of us lose our last chance to get Ash and probably Ela too since there's no guarantee she will ever rerun. For me, personally, I've already made up my mind to not pull more than one 6 star when both Virtuosa and Shu drop. If I get both limited with just one try, then cool, if not, I think this time I prefer to spark them on any other limited banner in the future when I have really bad luck and need to do 200+ pulls.
Got 1500 PO saved as a f2p been saving since I started playing the game. I didn't buy skins because I thought I already missed out on a ton of them, but now that they are rerunning, I will start getting skins, mostly 'limited' of course.
Swalter does not replace Talter. The only other char that could play a similar role would be Yato, but she’s still a bit different to Texas. Typhon and Ray are pretty interchangeable although Ray is supposed to be better, but close enough.

Even if Virtuosa going to get powercreeped, they might do with other limited on 5th Anniv at CN server since they focused on Main story theme but still long way to come in EN
@@DeadInside-hf4gh it comes down to Texas’s arts damage, survivability, and arts shred vs Yato’s Faster skill usage, and higher DPS. Texas Is better at CC with S3 stun, and can be a mini surtr for high def bosses with S2. Yato’s skill 3 Is pretty map dependent but can still be used for CC. She can absolutely melt low def enemies with S2, noticeably faster than Texas can, but becomes increasingly bad all the way to absolutely useless against high def enemies.
Green cert is doable without headhunting but then you need to prioritize recruitment permit when it show up on credit shop the income is 1-2 permits from daily (idk if there is a pattern here), 10 from weekly mission and 5 from daily login, and 35 from tier 1+2 permits thats give you a total of 110-140 recruitment permits, guaranteed then you can buy from credit shop for extra, sometimes it dont show up sometime the shop listed 1 or even 3 permits on good days the guaranteed tag also feels like above 10% for me, in my case i never quick 4xpermit+expedite more than twice to get guaranteed 4* so you can expect more than 1.3-1.6k green cert a months. not counting if you lucky with the roll (more than 1 slot guaranteed 4* above, random 4* on tagless or permit spawn on credit shop) this month on march i got like more than enough to buy tier 1 and both permits + about 65 yellow cert ( i dont stack permit since im new and need cert), now im sit on 300 green cert. so always do your recruitment folks
I'll admit that I am a monthly buyer and play since release (buying monthly from, I don't know, the second week of the game?!), but I don't think there ever was a problem with green certificates? I'm sitting at 20000 of them, and I have 1173 unused recruitment permits that somehow reduce the effect of my 'paid' pulls that added green certificates. I've been buying the first layer of green cert shop every single month without issues, always buying the headhunting permits and the recruitment permits from the second layer. Though I admit...there may have been changes in the green cert economy that I simply forgot. Are you sure that people aren't just wasting their green certificates on materials or on trying to unlock the third layer to dump all of them for the unlimited orundum deal? I don't think there should be any difficulty in getting the second stage of the shop with the pulls and recruitment permits. Even if that would happen though, just don't buy the extra resources for the first stage of the shop for one month and you'll be able to buy all that's worth buying from it for months after.
Shu's event is a 3-weeks event, there is S stages there (first time for CNY event). Doesn't change the prediction much though, still a great video, thanks!

The only reason why the pity is so low for these is because they are collaboration, and therefore chances are that you won't ever have any chance of getting them again. If they set pity at this point for all banners, they'd prevent themselves from getting a LOT of money. Though I do agree that current 'hard pity' for banners is high, prohibitively so for free players, even, problem is that there are enough people willing to pay that bit extra to reach it to make this a more financially sound option for them.
Leaving Arturia banner with 27k in premium orundum,imma start saving right now until that collab hits the game and nab those two,if i get lucky i may even have some leftovers for the anniversary.
Don't pull on the 'standard' operators unless: 1) You absolutely need them. 2) You are a paying customer and can 'buy' pulls if you lack them. 3) You have somehow saved a boatload of pulls prior and really want them. Pulling on the standard banners for the 6* operators is the biggest waste of your pulls in the game. Between being able to get them when you go ham on limited banners, or buying them in yellow cert shop at some point in the future, there's no need to pull for standard operators when you're working with limited resources.
@@kikixchannel Depends on your goals. If you're collecting then that's one thing, but it's much better to get Mlynar from IO13 and skip Ash than get Mlynar in 2 years as an off-banner. Especially since I'm missing Chalter and Texas, pulls gone to Ash could be spent on them instead, and getting both without whaling or skipping incoming relevant limited ops isn't possible.

Młynar does appear in a fair amount of guides a good time, so there's that. But if you have a half-decent roster without him (or any other specific 6* operator), then you will likely find a guide that you can follow one way or another. Especially since you can use one operator from a friend, and use the guides that have mostly 4* operators. As for '2 years later'...that's not the case either. These operators appear in Yellow Certificate shop within a year, I believe. Also, I've never mentioned Ash in my post, so I don't know where you got that from. I said that a free/low spending player is wasting their money on standard operators instead of saving them for limited operators. What, you think that Chen Alter and Texas Alter will 'spook' you in a small amount of pulls while you go ham on the next 'big thing' standard operator to not have to wait two years? Don't be ridiculous. Pulling on Standard operators is exactly why people end up without the good limited operators (of course, putting aside those that started playing AFTER their release).

Suddenly, your draws on a limited banner only are much more valuable because chances of you getting a POWERFUL but not specific operator actually go up, in most cases. And since the rate up on the banner is 70%, the likelihood of getting one of the weaker 6* goes down by a whopping 20%. Of course, exceptions can happen when the second character isn't all that amazing, though there wasn't a 'bad' one yet, no matter how some may try to make some of them look. In other words, your reasoning for pulls is different than you try others believe. You just pull for operators you like and want on a personal level. While there's absolutely nothing wrong with that...what IS wrong is you trying to mislead others into wasting their resources by making false narrative around what is 'better' for them. It's better for you since you get a higher chance of getting what YOU want. Statistically though, it's worse. A player that just wants to increase their options and overal power of their roster should keep to limited banners. It's as simple as that.
Im saving my orun for shu's banner, my aim is shu, zuo le and ling, after that im not interested in this Collab tbh, ash isn't worth it much these days and ela....depends on what comes after her

Rerun means no PO for 1st stage clears for veterans. The 2000 orus is from the Ticket Shop (Intelligence Cert Shop) in which only Vets can get + the Yellow Tickets from the free Operator dupes.
Veteran usually already bought all the orondum in intelegence cert shop. They add 2000 oru to shop every time rerun happen. Thats why you only get 2000 if it the case

shop operator is more worth since its give you operator HH with 258 cert only give you 38 pull, not even guarantee to get 6-star, even the six star you want. but its still worth for new good operator or the operator you want the most. so both is good, better or not depends on which operator
If you want the specific operator 'here and now', then it's better to buy it for 180. If you just want to 'collect' it, it may be better to just leave it to luck and get the extra pulls that you can use for limited. Personally, I don't think that buying an operator you don't have but don't care about that much is worth buying for 180 yellow certs, though. Only buy the ones that you will be using. Not ones you just want for the collection.
Also, shop Ops are always 2 years behind the meta. Very rarely do you get a obsolete-proof OP, much less a useful one. I haven't bought a shop Op for years. So I treat gold certs calcs very simply: every time I need to 300 spark a past limited OP I still don't have, that's 38 extra pulls from the gold certs received from that mass pulling. I don't consider gold certs as resources for much of anything else.
@@tempota7792 yeah that makes sense. I came back after a big hiatus (stopped during first CC, and back during Nearl event) and had to buy a lot of old OPs, which may have skewed my perspective a bit. Though there's always an operator you don't think you need but then suddenly they're super useful in the current event (e.g. Ceobe, Mostima)
This would really ruin my plans to spark Dusk in Shu's banner. It would be the third friggin time I miss her since I started playing. But I think this time I'll just yolo and still pull for 1 Virtuosa and spark Dusk. Don't really care about Rainbow Six anyway...

No. The 120 guarante only for collaboration banner. Degen have 150 pull pity, after 150 the next 6 star is guarantee. The next 6 star can be maybe 170, 190, or it could be 200.
I will have 455 pulls by tomorrow and around 90 gold certs... targets are.... degen-shu-zuo-ling-ela-(ash maybe); depends also who they release in CN too...(maybe 1x6 star at virtuosa banner) so do i get all of them? 70-90% chance imo
Well it's not impossible, averaging 80 pulls per operator but that's assuming you get Ling in 80 pulls which is unlikely. You're being off fishing for the non limited later. Also do you want to buy skins? Because you'll lose rolls there too.

@@pavolsopa2136 Certificates can give you 38 pulls total a month (give or take two...). You cannot transform them into pulls indefinitely. Also, you're likely to get only a months worth of buying all the pulls from the shop from those pulls. I agree with the user prior. You're better off not pulling for the non-limited units. You may still get Zuo Ling while pulling for Shu (I mean, I got both alters in the So Long Adelle with my first, free ten-pull, so things like that happen), but I once you get Shu, unless you really want to get Ling to the point of sparking for her...I'd stop pulling. Though if you're unlucky (like I was with the Gavial alter event) you may end up having to spark for Shu herself.
How often have you seen Irene used since her release? "The new meta with a ton of damage and a unique mechanic. S tier operator". The same applies to Degenbrecher. Now how often do you still see Saria? Shu is Saria with her X module but better healing and slightly lower stats. It's why you're starting to see Saria Y module recommended more since she is legit tankier than Shu, with self healing and her arts damage up. Whether Shu sticks around in "actually use the op in stages" or is "E2L60+ and tier 3 module sitting around doing nothing" it's too soon to tell, but guardian/healing defenders have basically all found use (except Hung) in majority of the games stages.
Availability-wise, Shu: you'd rathed get her on her OG banner than go for spark down the line. Degenbrecher will also be available in the future, during her single rate-up rerun, and on the yellow certificate shop. Long-term, also Shu: nukers come and go, but you will always need defenders, and Shu promises to be the next big thing since SARIA herself. Practicality-wise, Shu again: you get more by pulling from limited banners more than single rate-up banners. Better to chance Degenbrecher during your Shu pulls than guarantee the former.
Depend on are you collector or player enjoyer Collector you don't need to care bout people say and hope get both But player, degen is cool but shu is more toward new POV operator. So be careful what you want to target here but... I give you tips just pull 10 on degen then stop save all your pull for Shu since many good thing in there

Ela is a good DPS. Ash is rather...situational at this point, I guess. Can be replaced quite easily. The 5* are just for collection though. Though they have unique niches, I don't think any of them have any potential of making a hard map easier.
Arknights seriously need to fix this limited mess holly damn TWO probably never to rerun again banners coming back to back with 120 gurantees AFTER a limited event is just insanity

If you planning to get ash after ela i will tell you that ela is huge direct powercreep to ash ( choose your pulls wisely)

Don't pull on the 'standard' operators unless:
1) You absolutely need them.
2) You are a paying customer and can 'buy' pulls if you lack them.
3) You have somehow saved a boatload of pulls prior and really want them.
Pulling on the standard banners for the 6* operators is the biggest waste of your pulls in the game. Between being able to get them when you go ham on limited banners, or buying them in yellow cert shop at some point in the future, there's no need to pull for standard operators when you're working with limited resources.
@@kikixchannel Depends on your goals. If you're collecting then that's one thing, but it's much better to get Mlynar from IO13 and skip Ash than get Mlynar in 2 years as an off-banner.
Especially since I'm missing Chalter and Texas, pulls gone to Ash could be spent on them instead, and getting both without whaling or skipping incoming relevant limited ops isn't possible.
@@PROtoss987 Eh...not really?! As I said, if you need Młynar, it may be 'valuable'. However, chances are that you don't. There's not a single operator that is 'needed'. Młynar does appear in a fair amount of guides a good time, so there's that. But if you have a half-decent roster without him (or any other specific 6* operator), then you will likely find a guide that you can follow one way or another. Especially since you can use one operator from a friend, and use the guides that have mostly 4* operators.
As for '2 years later'...that's not the case either. These operators appear in Yellow Certificate shop within a year, I believe.
Also, I've never mentioned Ash in my post, so I don't know where you got that from. I said that a free/low spending player is wasting their money on standard operators instead of saving them for limited operators. What, you think that Chen Alter and Texas Alter will 'spook' you in a small amount of pulls while you go ham on the next 'big thing' standard operator to not have to wait two years? Don't be ridiculous. Pulling on Standard operators is exactly why people end up without the good limited operators (of course, putting aside those that started playing AFTER their release).

I skip most standard banners, and I haven't missed limiteds I was around for (W, NTRK, Ling, Virtuosa). But if I know a standard op is better than most limiteds then I don't see the issue. After all I'm only marginally more likely to see Hoederer any time soon as I am for Nian.
If you only pull limited banners then there really is no difference between expecting a Chalter spook and a Mlynar spook. But neither are reasonable.

You're also clearly omitting (you did it TWICE, so it cannot be mistake, unless you cannot understand written messages) the fact that I specifically mentioned 'if you need' about a given character. But, oh well.
If you're not using guides, then you do NOT need any specific character to begin with. Ever. Hence your entire point about Młynar goes down the drain. There's no shortage of powerfull operators. You don't need to be 'spooked' by him whatsoever. Suddenly, your draws on a limited banner only are much more valuable because chances of you getting a POWERFUL but not specific operator actually go up, in most cases. Not only are the limited operators usually more powerful, but the operators that accompany them also tend to be at the top of the game. And since the rate up on the banner is 70%, the likelihood of getting one of the weaker 6* goes down by a whopping 20%. Of course, exceptions can happen when the second character isn't all that amazing, though there wasn't a 'bad' one yet, no matter how some may try to make some of them look.
In other words, your reasoning for pulls is different than you try others believe. You just pull for operators you like and want on a personal level. While there's absolutely nothing wrong with that...what IS wrong is you trying to mislead others into wasting their resources by making false narrative around what is 'better' for them. It's better for you since you get a higher chance of getting what YOU want. Statistically though, it's worse. A player that just wants to increase their options and overal power of their roster should keep to limited banners. It's as simple as that.

Rerun means no PO for 1st stage clears for veterans. The 2000 orus is from the Ticket Shop (Intelligence Cert Shop) in which only Vets can get + the Yellow Tickets from the free Operator dupes.

HH with 258 cert only give you 38 pull, not even guarantee to get 6-star, even the six star you want. but its still worth for new good operator or the operator you want the most.

If you want the specific operator 'here and now', then it's better to buy it for 180. If you just want to 'collect' it, it may be better to just leave it to luck and get the extra pulls that you can use for limited.
Personally, I don't think that buying an operator you don't have but don't care about that much is worth buying for 180 yellow certs, though. Only buy the ones that you will be using. Not ones you just want for the collection.
Also, shop Ops are always 2 years behind the meta. Very rarely do you get a obsolete-proof OP, much less a useful one. I haven't bought a shop Op for years. So I treat gold certs calcs very simply: every time I need to 300 spark a past limited OP I still don't have, that's 38 extra pulls from the gold certs received from that mass pulling. I don't consider gold certs as resources for much of anything else.
@@tempota7792 yeah that makes sense. I came back after a big hiatus (stopped during first CC, and back during Nearl event) and had to buy a lot of old OPs, which may have skewed my perspective a bit. Though there's always an operator you don't think you need but then suddenly they're super useful in the current event (e.g. Ceobe, Mostima)

Well, personally I can take revenge on it in more ways than one, having bought a powerful PC that can do better in emulation (though it seems that NOX simply is rather bad at having smooth play...) and having upgraded my phone from something that cannot even install Arknights to something that probably won't have any hiccups with those enemies.

Degen have 150 pull pity, after 150 the next 6 star is guarantee. The next 6 star can be maybe 170, 190, or it could be 200.
I will have 455 pulls by tomorrow and around 90 gold certs... targets are.... degen-shu-zuo-ling-ela-(ash maybe); depends also who they release in CN too...(maybe 1x6 star at virtuosa banner) so do i get all of them? 70-90% chance imo
Well it's not impossible, averaging 80 pulls per operator but that's assuming you get Ling in 80 pulls which is unlikely. You're being off fishing for the non limited later. Also do you want to buy skins? Because you'll lose rolls there too.

@@pavolsopa2136 Certificates can give you 38 pulls total a month (give or take two...). You cannot transform them into pulls indefinitely. Also, you're likely to get only a months worth of buying all the pulls from the shop from those pulls.
I agree with the user prior. You're better off not pulling for the non-limited units. You may still get Zuo Ling while pulling for Shu (I mean, I got both alters in the So Long Adelle with my first, free ten-pull, so things like that happen), but I once you get Shu, unless you really want to get Ling to the point of sparking for her...I'd stop pulling. Though if you're unlucky (like I was with the Gavial alter event) you may end up having to spark for Shu herself.

Well Shu is limited and harder to get later, so probably Shu.
How often have you seen Irene used since her release? "The new meta with a ton of damage and a unique mechanic. S tier operator". The same applies to Degenbrecher.
Now how often do you still see Saria? Shu is Saria with her X module but better healing and slightly lower stats. It's why you're starting to see Saria Y module recommended more since she is legit tankier than Shu, with self healing and her arts damage up.
Whether Shu sticks around in "actually use the op in stages" or is "E2L60+ and tier 3 module sitting around doing nothing" it's too soon to tell, but guardian/healing defenders have basically all found use (except Hung) in majority of the games stages.
Availability-wise, Shu: you'd rathed get her on her OG banner than go for spark down the line. Degenbrecher will also be available in the future, during her single rate-up rerun, and on the yellow certificate shop.
Long-term, also Shu: nukers come and go, but you will always need defenders, and Shu promises to be the next big thing since SARIA herself.
Practicality-wise, Shu again: you get more by pulling from limited banners more than single rate-up banners. Better to chance Degenbrecher during your Shu pulls than guarantee the former.

Ela is a good DPS. Ash is rather...situational at this point, I guess. Can be replaced quite easily.
The 5* are just for collection though. Though they have unique niches, I don't think any of them have any potential of making a hard map easier.
