  • So in this video you will get to see the new owner of the LX55 #woodmizer Sawmill! Also I will go over the previous sawmills that I had in the past, as well as some of my thoughts on a couple!

Love this video and Mr. Larry. I'm kinda like Mr. Larry, I want a sawmill but sometimes my ideas are way bigger than reality. All the hydraulics etc. is something I'd love to have, but the reality is I need a small sawmill just to get my feet wet then see where it goes. Again, great videos!

I enjoyed hearing from Mr. Larry, I have seen him on past videos but this was the first one that I heard him talking in. I bet he would be a great storyteller.
Congrats on getting the sawmill sold so quickly.
I own a Norwood LM30, it is pretty good but Norwood as a company stinks. If I ever buy another one it will be a Woodmizer.

i don't think anyone is doubting the woodmizer is a better machine but it's the cost difference. you get what you pay for still holds true. Also your issues with you woodland mills machine i think is not normal. haven't had any issues with mine though i do with the steel was thicker for placing large logs on the mill.

Hi, what did you think of the lt 28 compared to the lt 15?

I like the way it’s similar trailered as the hydraulic mills. I’m not a fan of its clamping mechanism!

I was wondering about that. Maybe it could be modified.
I have my first mill I bought 30 years ago… it’s one of the first Norwood mills.
I’d like to up grade into a mill that will cut hardwood better but still mostly manual. With power feed.
Did you have power feed on your 28 or did it work fine with crank and power not needed?
