1) COIL WHILE NOISE
My laptop produces a slight coil whine noise on the right side of laptop when I open any window and leave it idle. The noise stops when I type, touch the trackpad, or play a video. You can only hear this noice in a quiet room if you put your ear near the right side of the keyboard.
⭐ According to Asus's website, laptops can sometimes generate coil whine, and it's considered normal. It won't damage the laptop. I did more research on Google and found similar results. After all my research, I believe it's normal for high-power H series processor laptops to make this sound.
2) TRACKPAD
right click of trackpad feel different than left click, left click feel clicky and good, right click don't feel good
The right-click on the trackpad works everywhere except for the very end of the lower right corner. However, the left-click functions perfectly at the very end of the lower left corner
3) DISPLAY
The display doesn't feel particularly special; it doesn't give the impression of being an OLED display with 100% DCI-P3. The colors and sharpness aren't great, and it lacks the smooth feel of 120Hz. The brightness also seems lower.
I have my four-year-old mobile with a 1080p IPS display, when I compare the colors side by side with the laptop, the laptop's display looks almost the same as the mobile. Even with the 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, there isn't much difference.
4) MILITARY GRADE
The screen wobbles excessively under the fan, even though it has US military-grade certification. The overall build doesn't feel as premium as expected.
5) WINDOW GLITCH
window ui is not comfortable to use, So many glitches,
• Black screen
• automatic time format switching to 24 hours format
• automatic background change
⭐ After Resetting All problems fixed
6) PACKAGING BY AMAZON
There were three holes in the outer bag of the Amazon, but there are two boxes inside that bag, both boxes inside were perfectly fine.
7) PACKAGING OF LAPTOP BY MANUFACTURERS
There was a small black-like spot on the laptop's display, giving the impression of dead pixels. But when I scratch those dots with nails, i realised that was just dust, It seems there might have been an issue with the laptop's packaging that's why I see dust on newly unboxed laptop
8) BATTERY BACKUP
The battery backup is low despite its claim as an Intel Evo device. It provides hardly 5-6 hours of battery life during movie watching with laptop speakers at 70% brightness. Additionally, the audio quality is not up to the mark.
9) CUSTOMER SERVICE
Because of the coil whine issue, I contacted Asus customer care and booked onsite support. I got an email from Asus stating that their engineer will call me within 2 days, but I didn't receive any call from the engineer. After 10-12 days, the engineer called me and said, "I am near your location; should I visit your home?"
👺 The Asus service person is only visiting my home because he is near my home, not because he wants to solve problem of clients
