      I just found out about him from his nephew's video. He was on alotta great albums. Played harmonica too

    ah just discovered this, today is Hugh's birthday. 1:55 he's helping pick our a guitar for my son, Always in our hearts, thanks Tony.

    I miss him so much, that's my picture of him at Manny's. Did anybody ever find out what happened to the film they were doing that track was from?

    Thanks Tony, It was a touching memorial on Monday and when I searched Hugh's name on youtube, your vid came up and put a smile on my face, Thanks!

    The late-great Hugh McCracken was part of my cousin Billy "Lee" Lubecks 1960's group "The Fun-Atics". They recorded for Versaillis Records in 1962. Hugh plays guitar on their recordings of "Wise Guy" B/W "I Wanna Know How To Twist" with my cousin "Billy Lee" on drums and lead vocals. MAY HUGH MCCRACKEN & JOHN LENNON BOTH REST IN HARMONY.
