= “I laid the next bamboo against the bamboo fence because I wanted to lay bamboo against it” (Note that in this version, the first word 隣/tonari was changed. It is usually この/kono = this)

Well I don't know exactly know the person's intentions were, but it seems based on his reaction that he viewed that this person wanted those words to be said to them, and it wasn't towards at Mafumafu. Reasoning could be perhaps as a personal motivation phrase or kink or something. I also took it wrong at first until I saw his reaction.
Yes, as LuxFlos said, this wasn't directed at Mafumafu, don't worry. It's probably for personal motivation. In fact, that person commented on the video "Thank you so much. I'm trying hard to slim down, I'll use it for my diet. Sorry for making you say abusive words, sorry wwwwwwwwwww". And then there were a bunch of wholesome replies saying that they were working on slimming down too and encouraging one another.
