Exactly! The whales blow bubbles in a wide circle and as the bubbles rise snd the bubbles expand, the fish are forced close together. Then it is feeding time near the surface-for the whales and quickly moving gulls
I love the excitement in the man's voice,so lucky to witness all those beautiful whales and seagulls together,I got goosebumps when they all came to the surface of the water one even waved at the end of the video, bucket list for me they were so lucky I wish I was on that boat ❤️🐳
They are coordinating their assent to eat the Herring. There is one "Boss" whale that gives the "go" signal. That's what we heard, in addition to the rush of water as they surfaced.
