Such a sublime tune. To have grown up with Underworld and be rewarded with this in my 40’s makes it feel like the journey was totally worth it. Incredible album too.

I didn’t discover Underworld until I was 76 years old, two years ago. I’ll be 78 next month (April ‘24) and I’m sorry I missed all those years. What an awesome band. Stay safe and remember, don’t trust your government. Tom

I'm not an 80/90s kid so maybe it's different but I discovered Underworld a few months back and became instantly obsessed. This new song I find completely immersive, it just has this colossal feeling to it. There's so much going on. It's so melancholy whilst also being kind of hopeful IDK how to describe. Love it.
You should check ‘hit the north’ by the fall… same kind of epic repetition in its sound. I think you’d like it. The live version is the best.

2:34 "I've done .... questionable things" - Rutger Hauer, Bladerunner. The smile on Karl's face recalls those questionable things, in those clubs during all night parties, I too have fond memories of dancing all night long to Underworld in European clubs when I was young and reckless.
I admire the way that Underworld's music has aged, somewhat gracefully, as their fan base have.
