Thanks for the two videos. There was indeed an error in the print head. Blowing out with air did not help, ordered a new printerhead for 40 euros by amazon. The assembly and disassembly was also a very big help for me. Thanks my printer is working again.

Hi and thanks... great video. I'm having issues with my one, the dreaded B200 error. However I got it sorted.. however it returned just after I rant a test page.. which came out perfect. Now the carrier is locked into the right and won't move.. no lights on inks etc. Do you know any easy way to release the carrier so as to move it to the left? Thanks.

how much force did you have to use to get the cover off? I am trying this on a canon 9500 (the old one not the mk2) and it's not budging.
