This is a very good video which I liked. People are saying that any Rule to stop the public from doing illegal works, but that is for people like us, but that is not for those who are permitted illegally to do the illegal works intentionally. The Govt. must look after this and I expect that.

As per the law any modification on the car is illegal, even putting a fog lamp also. MVD will catch and fine if they find any modification done on the vehicle. If you go to Kerala with this car, for putting the water tank also they will put a fine of 5k or 10k. Only RTO / MVD approved body designers can make any alteration on the car or van or any vehicles body and post that those caravan or vehicles needs to be approved by the MVD / RTO. Biggest problem is each state have their own rules, since this is a state matter they work based on their convenience. Some states are very lenient on this and some are very strict, so it's matter of luck you are getting the fine or not.

RTT na to safe hai , na hi legal hai, ab car ke piche seat par bhi belt lagana bhi compalsary ho ne ja raha hai, meri to request hai ki campers Bhai apna Paisa kharab karne se pahle RTO se confirm karle.
