So does that amount to Kulinirirwa? Report gwe lwaki togikola? Whose permission do you require? Some honesty guys. The truth is competition is going to increase for those Lord Councillor jobs in 2021 as a result of EC merging electoral areas. Those guys are going to have to compete for fewer Lord Councillor positions and now is time to begin prepping for the fewer NUP tickets that are going to be available. That partly is what this is all about. And also there is resentment as to why Lukwago & Co have to form a party instead of joining NUP. By forming his own party, Lukwago & Co are doing something exactly similar to what the Bobi group did in the runner up to 2021: incorporating their own party (NUP) as opposed to jointing pre-exisiting parties viz UPC, DP, PPP, PDP, FDC etc. Its a right to choose where to belong. Who to associate with or not to. Kununula gwanga? Really? How is that even possible?
