Snip and tool allows you to edit EOBs with more than one patient listed an EOB by taking a screenshot of the needed items from the scanned PDF to have in the chart is helpful for submitting secondary claims that require that document for payment - for bulk EOB scans I note in the chart EOB received with the date and do organize them by carrier, we also put them in a file cabinet in that order by month for other front staff members who aren’t well versed in insurance yet to use portals & prevent unnecessary password changes that lock you out insurance portal or voids the login info the assigned staff need for insurance verification.
