Papyrus can most certainly use something at least similar to Gaster Blasters, as people above pointed out. There are also many subtle hints that imply Papyrus is much stronger than Sans, although not confirmed.
i am not japanese, but i am learning the language, i think i remember all hiragana and katakana at this point, but i only know a little amount of japanese words and barely know any kanji, and i don't exactly get how the grammar works. But despite all that, as i read the japanese text i realized that there was supposed to be some stuff included in the english translation, i can see why this is a rough translation, so that's one of the reasons why i want to learn the language so i can understand the fascinating creations of independent japanese people even better without the translation, like this one. As somebody with a very basic understanding of japanese, after alot of reverse engineering of the language, the joke at 6:00 seems to be a joke about how the language could be separated between そいつはこれから ずいぶんと and ホネがおれそうだぜ。If you read the whole sentence it says "That guy looks like he's going to lose his nerve for a long time.", but if you only read ホネがおれそうだぜ, and omit そいつはこれから ずいぶんと from the sentence, it says "I feel like my bones are going to break." A somewhat odd form of Dajare.
Papyrus and Cirno feel like they would argue about everything, but agree on the the craziest things. Of course you thaw spaghetti with a bomb. How else would you do it?
