I love BDK fragrances. I find Pas Ce Soir to be a great signature scent option. Gris Chanel I use for big work meetings or evenings. Such a great haul!!
Pac Ce Soir really won me over. I feel so happy when I smell it. Don’t even get me started on the atomizer, it is perfection👌🏼

I have both BDK's Gris Charnel and Pas ce soir. I really like the when I first spray it on.... But after an hour or so.... It blows me away and it smells soooooo much better.
I have gris charnel, and OMG, I was not expecting to love it the way I do but I am in love!! Perfect cozy fragrance, like a cashmere sweater!! Need to try mulberry fig!!!❤️

Beautiful video and new-to-me fragrances! LOVE your display! I was going to 'how did she categorize' lol! I could see adding in some clear acrylic layered stand for each shelf..maybe something like that's coming! It's fun playing with it all! Omg, FIG! I love! A few years back, the only one I knew of was Pacifica's Mediterranean Fig which was all that you say but very poor performance. So glad to hear about others!

I just smelled Creeds Wind Flower when I was in and totally got a super sweet floral like almost buttery floral. I feel like it smelled kind of designer but would be nice for everyday!
Great haul!! I need the floris London fig! Moon glory is so beautiful! Very summer nights makes me happy! Bdk is one of my favorite houses gris charnel and pac se soir are stunning! I just ordered the new jo Malone sea daffodil, house of no la Mar, and the new Chloe naturalle
Pas Ce Soir is a great everyday perfume - I love the scent but longevity and projection isn’t amazing - the good thing is that you can spray very heavy and it won’t choke anyone out. I usually have to over spray and then apply again a few hours later to have all day wear. If you have Initio’s Rehab, it’s a great layered with Pas Ce Soir. It adds longevity and the two compliment each other well. Great video, as always! Love the new perfume space.
After loving Gris Charnel (the cardamon & tonka notes really shine in the colder weather!) this past winter, I finally caved and got a sample of Pas Ce Soir to wear for this coming spring/summer. What truly does it for me with this perfume, is the middle quince note which lands very sweet…without being too cloying. I’m also a huge fan of Xerjoff’s Dama Bianca, and while that scent profile has kumquat not quince, I find that it holds a very similar appeal.

Hi Erin, What lovely scents. The one perfume from The Harmonist that I heard about several years ago and purchased is Hypnotizing Fire. I love it. It is a very cozy and enveloping scent that is just right for the fall/winter months.

Hi Erin I’m so happy you got the bdk scent Omg I love the brand. I know you don’t need it but you will love rouge smoking from bdk. Also pas ce soir reminds me of Greenwich village the fruity side of it.

Erin since you love fig, I would like to suggest two fig dominant fragrances that I love: Loubiluna and Van Cleef and Arpels Santal Blanc. Both are precious in my opinion.
Gris Charnel shines in colder months. Pas Ce Soir is the better one for the season. I also have Rouge Smoking and my BDK collection is probably going to grow. They are so addictive that I wake up in the morning thinking of their scents. (Right now it's Pas Ce Soir)
Love Moon Glory! You might like Philosykos by Diptique if you like fig. It is fresh green and reminds me of summer vacations in Greece 😊
I want to know what you think about Gris Charnel after you've worn it a few times.
I sampled it, loved it, bought it and then resold it.
I remember you saying sandalwood can go either direction for you. Same is true for me.

I never tried BDK perfumes but I’ve always heard of Gris Charnel and just by your reaction I feel like that alone would justify at least trying it out or getting a sample because from what I know everyone in the niche community definitely talks about Gris Charnel!!

I'm so excited because I use the Harmonist sponges (kinda like a Spongelle) and I just got the Moon Glory one in the mail today, first time I'll be trying that scent. So this is perfect timing. I think I mentioned Guiding Water in the comments recently but oops I meant Sacred Water. It's nothing crazy but it smells like spa water to me and sometimes I need a little zen in my life haha. Gris Charnel & Pas Ce Soir are my favorite BDK's, love them both so much!

I will get my nose on BDK latter this week. I skipped on Initio atomic rose, as I was certain that I did not like rose sents. I have heard it to be a stronger version of Delina, I have to compare.

I’m curious about the first perfume, love fig as well. Gris Charnel is lovely though it’s very similar to Penhaligon’s Changing Constance which I own. Pas ce Soir doesn’t last long which is a pity for the price.
It’s nowhere near changing Constance, which I own and different. I had Gris charnel and sold it, it’s too masculine.
@@Xena395 I understand your point of view. Like I already mentioned I have it as well and in my personal opinion it’s similar, not a dupe or anything but I couldn’t justify having both. Fragrances are very personal and they can smell different from a person to another so the comment addressed was from my personal point of view. Also if you go to fragrantica for reviews, there’s a lot of other people agreeing they are similar, but again each one to their own.

Sorry, but I’m losing interest in niche. Too much money,too strange, and too difficult to find a way to test before purchase. I have fallen down the rabbit hole of blind buying on the word of a TH-camr, only to regret the purchase. What is wrong with crowd pleasing scents? Absolutely nothing! Getting off the niche train for me.
Yes take a break! Regular perfumes get more compliments anyways. There are a lot of repetition in niche perfumery and the performance are not that great for most of them. I am taking a year break from buying new scents and enjoying what I already own. There’s more to life than fragrances👌🏼
I’ve found some great sites for testing both niche and designer. It has saved me from blind buying and being disappointed.
I totally understand and agree! I’m taking a year or more from buying niche fragrances it’s expensive and inflation it’s no joke I fell in the niche fragrance rabbit hole during the Covid-19 lockdown 2yrs ago I was blind buying on the word of TH-camrs, please keep in mind that most of these TH-camrs the are gifted these expensive fragrances to review! That being said Erin is one of the few TH-camrs I follow I trust her honest scent reviews she never disappoints we tend to have the same taste in fragrance but that doesn’t mean I’m going to buy everything she recommends but when I’m interested in a new fragrance I wait for her and a few others I trust to review the product b4 I purchase😊 sorry for this long comment but scent split is a great way to try niche fragrance in decants ! Pas ce Soir, for me, is very similar to Angel edt 2019. Not opening, but the drydown. No Point to have these two.

No one is forcing anyone to buy anything. If you can’t afford it, either watch and enjoy the content or go be broke elsewhere. Why made comment about other people s ability to afford stuff. Weird.
