I have bought this car as 218D with the 150bhp Diesel Engine in 2017 with around 20tkm. The car is built in 2015. I have now 150tkm driven and i hadnt any problems! Only breaks and tires replaced. All other parts like new!
I have this car for over 7 years and 100k km, two main issues so far - automatic transition had to be changed - done free of charge under warranty and now the inlet manifold had to be changed for couple hundred EURO - not cheap not too expense (skoda part would be a little more expensive) - absolute no other problem - no bad in my opinion. Overall I like the car a lot -drives very nicely
I have one just like yours, bought mine with 90k kilometers and had to replace back wheel hub, and the air that comes from the outside when in the cool position with the ac off comes in the cabin warm. Does yours do the same?
All the issues same as my F45. In addition, I am getting parking brake failure, engine light lit up, speed limiter failure, etc. Pretty lousy car consider a continental brand. I would recommend to avoid at all costs.

Most common issue is the engine mount. They fail around every 30k km.

May I know the engine power? If carry 6-7 adult , will u feel the car is pushing very hard or smooth ?
