Yes i take about 4 tbsp chia seed, 1/4 cup-1/2 cup yogurt and then add about 1/5 cup milk of choice, I use almond then shake it up keep in fridge a few hours or until next day its perfect! you can also add oats to it too!
I’m always so excited to watch this every December, I’ve got Bon Bon candy coming and I’m loving my flake salt lol…..I love trying something new that I see you use…..you might think you’re boring but so many people look forward to this …..doesn’t matter if it’s 10 min or 30 min we love you both so much …..thank you for spreading Joy during this holiday season 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄❤️💙
