I think the only way I avoided a burnout this semester was to be strict with my work schedule, and only work within the hours set off for uni work. For example, I worked at school from 8.30 until 18.00, and this would force me to be productive during those hours because I told myself that I'm not allowed to study after 18.00 I also got into the habit of writing very descriptive to-do lists, so that it would feel easier to check something off and it kept me more motivated than compared to more vague tasks. And of course, enough sleep and nutrition is key, and perhaps a hobby like knitting, drawing etc. to detach yourself from your uni work during your down-time. Best of luck to you Ginny!!

We’ve grown up with Turkish salça (tomato paste or tomato &chili paste) on toast when we were young all the time when our moms wanted to keep us away from snacking before dinner 🤣 it tastes so good so no judging ❤

I just went through my final exams and the on,y thing that really helps with burn out is to pray, any time you feel particularly overwhelmed or like you just can’t do it or your not enough take a 15 minute break put on some music (you should listen to peace by hill song young and free) and just pray, cry or just talk to the Father and He will give you the strength to carry on

Filipino here! 🇵🇭 There is a coffee shop here which I favor and they have amazing Gochujang Sandwiches. Basically, it's a Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Gochujang sauce in between the cheeses. 🧀
i have been through burnout stage 3 . the reason i went through this is because i literally worked every single day with no rest at all . The time i realized i was already on stage 3 . i started hated everyone and everything . Even waking up was a HELL process for me . after that when i started to knew what's going on i ran away from my home and stayed with my grandma for couple of days also i stayed away from my work too . From my experience here is my advice from you . 1) listen to your mind and body . if they need rest , do something chill to make them happy even if that means Netflix . 2) take a step back and relax your self. You really need that . 3) don't go in guilt for not doing anything . I will pray to God that you will not face what i faced . Stay relaxed . YOU GOT THIS❤

i have a question . Do you use social media apps. I feel too much addictive when using facebook,instagram. How can i solve this problem. Your videos inspire me to study more.
I used to have that problem but after I officially delete all of it I find that I’m more productive. Really, you don’t need social media. The only thing I kept was only TH-cam friends/family can just keep in touch by text or on the phone.
I deleted the ig app off my phone for more than 3 months now and havent used it since. I also don't use TikTok or Facebook and mostly rely on YT for long format videos that I can watch while doing something else. I think YT doesn't have that "doom scrolling" effect, which helps me stay productive but still connected to the world so I'm not tempted to go back on the other apps!
